Watching him in USA 94 was magical .we looked forward to watch Romania and HAGI.
Speed, power, accuracy, ball control, crazy touches... This man from Romania is one of the most complete football player ever. One of my top 5 favourite footballers for sure. Magical😍

In Romania he is known for a special.skill.and technique.that made him unique in the history of football.. He shot from long distances with so much power and technique that the ball never turned in the air,.it stood still until destination. Only Hagi could do this.
He was lethal with both but his left foot can only compare to Maradona’s . Fast thinker, intrepid I mean such a wonderful player I was lucky to see him play live.
I could watch his goals all day, they never fail to captivate me; the way his shots would move in the air and home in on the top corner of the goal like a missile is just incredible to watch.
He’s been my favourite player since I first saw him playing in a match for Galatasaray in the late 90s, nobody comes close to him.
Gone are the days of such footballing geniuses.

- Hagi now both owns and coaches FC Farul Constanta, the very first team that discovered and promoted him when he was young (I'm proud to say that i'm i fan of this team too)
- FC Farul won the 1st league in Romania for the first time in +100 years history with a lot of -21 years players which Hagi discovered at his own academy or with players that messed up their careers and got back in the game by Hagi. they are currently playing in Conference League.
- In the last 7 years, the most important players of the Romanian national team have been trained by Hagi. One of them is his son Ianis Hagi.
- Financially, Hagi's team has a budget of +3mil € while other top 5 teams has 2 times more than that, the 2nd team CFR Cluj with even 25+ mil € and FCSB who is owned by one of the wealthiest romanian, yet still FC Farul won the league.
- Because of Hagi's fame and influence, he put pressure on the government to finally make a new modern stadium in Constanta after we had to play on a 70 years old ruin. 1 month ago they demolished it.
when Hagi was in his prime at Galatasaray, he say in a press conference after the world cup in Romania his most famous words: "seeing the condition of the romanian football, you should make us a statue how we play".... he was and still is so right after almost 30 years...
