Thank you for your excellent question.
I would like to reply in two parts
First I do try and answer most questions asked however there are times that I can’t get to them all and at the moment because our market has been so busy it’s keeping
me working from 5am-9pm.
I will admit that I have fallen behind and may have neglected my subscribers and for that I do apologize. But please understand that I do these video myself to show and educate the public about our area best real estate deals and yes for future business. A lot of my subscribers and viewers just call me directly for immediate response. I always leave my number on the videos. Now to answer part two on why would You want buy a house from me.? The simple answer is experience and no BS.
Let’s start with.
Because I don’t sell you a home I attempt to educate my clients on the area, home and lifestyle they want to live and then advise them on their options.
I don’t try and sell my clients the most expensive home unless that’s what they want.
My job as a Real Estate Expert is to help my clients find the best Possable deal with the options they have to choose from.
I have over 20 years in the Real estate business and I do take my occupation seriously.
I own my own brokerage company “Charlotte County Properties Inc.” For over 18 years here in Charlotte County as a small independent brokerage competing with the bigger RE firms. I have seen many other brokerages open and close but I’m still here.
I have successfully closed over 1200 contracts to date. Prior to Real Estate I was a lead Forman with a commercial and home construction company.
I have personally remodeled over a dozen homes.
I have built my own home from the ground up after losing my home with hurricane Charlie in 2004. So I fully understand how homes are constructed from the ground up. “Literally”
I live on the water and know all canals bridge heights and canal depths and much more.
