I would like to see all the presenters do this type of video and see what they think is the dream bike.

I like the videos step away from the “bigger” and “faster” approach most mtb channels are all about, making it seem that the only way is huge forks and flying downhill, and instead look into the core of mtb and what is, For many of us, a more realistic daily use of our bikes. Love it.

One of the best videos I've seen from you guys, we have exactly the same mindset of what a bike should be and also riding it, simple, just grab it, shimano, no charging batteries, enjoying the nature around you, riding solo, silent, birds and then find that really fun short decent that you can walk up 10 times and have a blast, then ride home and drink a cold beer. Yep that's mountain biking for me.

I liked hearing Doddy talking about his passions and his feelings. These guys seem like such rockstars to me I forget they're dudes on bikes like me. It was nice seeing someone get legitimately happy about his new bike.

Find yourself someone that looks at you the way doddy looks at that bike.

Doddy your face says it all. You couldn’t stop grinning once the build was over. I’m 45 years old and that’s what I would be like myself. My boy and I are no different. Thanks to bringing us your information and approach to biking. I’m going to start my own build with the boy and XT all the way. Again I appreciate your honesty when looking to purchasing parts, I’m not racing and you’re fit and forget line will be my first thought when selecting components. Take care. “Me and the Boy”

Doddy's video of his ultimate bike summed up ! What mtb is all about !! You alone on the bike putting yourself against the terrain, loosing yourself in the moment ! & When it's your dream bike it takes it to whole new level !! Doddy managed to put this across on the video so beautifully ! All your worries just disappear in an instant loosing yourself in the moment is what it's all about ! Very few things you do in life give you that joyous feeling !!

I think the past 16 months have led a lot of folks to reconsider aspects of their lives and simplify where needed. Less stress, more time for enjoying the things in life that make one happy. Cheers to that! The past few months have rekindled my love of biking, after a couple of decades of being distracted from it. One small silver lining in this Covid Cloud...

Mtb does seem to have become a bit of a more travel, spec focused, chest beating arms race... so really refreshing to watch this from Doddy. Keep it real! Great.

Doddy is my favorite, this just cements that feeling. Great attitude, positive outlook, and overall a quality guy. Well done man! Can’t believe you filmed this solo?!?

Doddy, this is one of the most beautifully artistic pieces you’ve done. The passion, precision and heart that you put into this unique video is exquisite. More of this please, but not too much as I think it should be like a delicacy.

This is why Doddy is my favorite presenter, he takes care of his bikes and truly enjoys the little things. He also has the skill set to ride a shorter travel bike on knarlier terrain than some people ride their longer travel trail bikes on.

This vid was killer! Always put together very well, and Doddy gets you feeling the excitement of the dream build. I’ve been feeling the love for home trails and solo riding as well in these times. Def therapeutic! Enjoy the new ride, and thanks again for this awesome vid!

I love the solo ride, pitting myself against the hill & the feeling of accomplishment is immense then the fun of going downhill, it’s the ultimate head clearer.

I can relate to how you're feeling. A few years after I moved into my house the forest service built 30 miles of singletrack with the trailhead directly behind me. Mostly XC, but there's a lookout point with a nice, very rowdy, 1 mile decent to break it up a bit. I've been riding it out of convenience for 11 years, but really learned to appreciate every aspect of my backyard trails during lockdown. Even now that it's a little easier to drive out to other trails and ride with friends, which is great, I still find myself hitting the 'ol backyard loop 3 times a week, or so. 👍

Doddy, my compliments to you and whoever shot and edited this video. This is an outstanding piece of work by you and your team members. The writing, the shooting, the editing and the presenting are all award winning. Thank you for being willing to share this much of yourself with your viewers. Very brave and nothing short of inspiring. I've only been mountain biking for the past couple of years and I've learned 90% of what I know of bike maintenance from you, and later Henry. This kind of stuff is exactly why I keep coming back.
