Sara Malka.
I didn't even notice! It happens to everyone. Thank you for another beautiful video.
Thank you Sara for another lovely and informative video! Can you share the link to the fitness videos you are enjoying on CZcams? I'm also looking to improve my health!
I would travel for you!
No worries. We are all human and I didn't notice! Sending you and your beautiful family Love from Memphis, TN.
No worries, Sara Malka! ❤️
🥰
Sara thank you for this video. I’m a medical education provider (my focus is slightly different, I train medical laboratory technologists). Your video has opened my eyes to the challenges some of our students may face to attend our training. I’m going to talk to our travel coordinator and our D&I office to make sure we have a plan in place to accommodate learners with special requirements. I want all my students to feel comfortable and welcome and not worrying about what there is to eat or other religious/cultural requirements.
That is such a lovely way to make sure your learning environment is welcoming: your students are lucky to have you ❤️❤️
@@frumitup I fail to understand why your employer would have an issue with your wearing a scarf at a meeting. Are you stuck with a wig at work too?
I'm an MLT and I would like to say thank you for helping to bring new fresh faces to our profession!
@@Fil0girl I asked the same thing! She commented and told me she's in Quebec where there's a law banning displays of religion as a public servant whilst working. Hospitals, schools and government offices apparently. Unreal!!
@@v_cluckie97 Wow. That's insane. The sad thing is that at least in France those rules were put in place to combat Muslim extremism. What these people don't understand is that now an observant Muslim woman can't work in the public sector, unless they have a modification similar to the Jewish one. At least Jews have worn wigs in addition to scarves for a long time and aren't excluded to the same degree.
As someone with a literally-life-threateningly serious shellfish allergy (to the point where breathing near it is dangerous), the idea of being able to walk into a grocery store and pick up sushi without any fear of death is absolutely mind-boggling to me. I know there's no Jewish/kosher grocers in my town, but you've convinced me to make it a point to look for them when I travel so I can FINALLY one day eat sushi without being afraid it's going to kill me.
Yeah, I'm spiritually neutral but i can definitely relate about requiring at least a mini fridge for my room because of my prescription diet. I always favor places that have kitchens in them so i can have my stay in comfort and peace of mind without worrying about being sick or just the hassle of having to leave my room for something quick that's either tasteless since that's the only way i can explain a means of my food without getting sick or having to find a hospital that happens to have the cocktail of meds I'd need if they got it wrong and most hospitals don't carry it/make it. So yeah, surprisingly relatable
What do you know about Jigger Victims?
Thank you for sharing!
Oh ❤ I never thought to look for kosher sushi! I too am shellfish allergic so that would be amazing to have sushi again!!!
The absolute biggest take from the video is joy received from the simplest things we often take for granted - a nice hot shower, nice clothes, evening little pampering, even the very fact of waking up in the morning alive and well. AND the sense of gratitude for all these things. This was really...refreshing. And encouraging. Like "I want to be able to feel such gratitude for so many good things in my life too!"
Wow. I really really love your videos!
I am Turkish, born and raised in Germany and a Muslim. I was always so interested in the Jewish culture it is a blessing to watch your videos.
We have so many similarities it is insane.
I hope one day to be able to make Jewish friends!
God bless you and you’re loved ones.
PS: Masallah to your voice and eyes!
I'm LDS (Mormon) and a lot of these things apply to us as well.
@@lorihansen8674 What applies to LDS?
@@moondog7694 I think it has to do with being a daughter of God. I think that as religious women, we share a special kind of knowledge about being children of God. It has to do with the way we act and dress and raise our children. Modesty is crucial and family takes priority over anything else. God put us on Earth in families. They are sacred and so are we. 😃🙏
I’m so glad I watched ❤I would travel for you!!!! You are a lovely person. I learned so much! What a wonderful wife and mother you are.
I am not Jewish but I find your videos fascinating, educational and an anxiety relief for me. Thank you, Sara for all the content !
This is truly an amazing channel.
The same here. I don’t know why it reduces my anxiety but it definitely does!
@@kayjay5143 I think it’s the relaxed voice and soft music/slow pace. We’re so used to crazy quick flashy anxiety-inducing TikToks and CZcams shorts now. It’s quite calming just watching her go about her day.
@@kayjay5143 Maybe because it is so beautifully G-dly.
I agree. Sara's sweet, soothing voice and love for her faith is very uplifting and calming, which is a real boon because I have Anxiety too.
Hi Sara. We don’t worry about a couple of typos. I worry much more about you not getting enough sleep
You are so sweet!
I’m used to it and thank G.od I have 2 days of vacation to recuperate! ❤️❤️❤️
@@frumitup I’m so happy that you have a little time off. I never ever want to hear that something bad happened to you!!❤️❤️
Dear Sara, I would travel for you indeed! As a religious Muslim wearing a head covering, and having had the deal with exclusion from school and work in the past due to it, the bit about the contract was something I felt deeply for you. I had and have friends who also wore artificial wigs and one who even shaved their head. Having faced this discrimination since youth and still facing it, I sometimes almost lose hope in humanity but my faith saves me and I treat this as yet another challenge of faith, another test. It is still difficult to bear and you have my solidarity. It was very illuminating to see and understand struggles of staying at a non-jewish hotel but I was heartened seeing comments from fellow subscribers who are in tourism and education industries telling you how they will now work to make things more accommodating to everyone. You are doing amazing work with your videos in increasing awareness and strengthening solidarity and empathy. Peace be upon you, I hope you have a lovely end of the year!
Peace be upon you too AbiNar! That was beautiful!
Awww thank YOU for being here and being so supportive
I really liked the part about kids not associating things falling apart when Mommy is gone. So true. I’m working on my husband to make sure that is not the case for us as well. 🙂
Actually, that made me cringe. If her husband is seriously that incompetent, she shouldn't be enabling his learned uselessness.
@@illawarriorhill70 Perhaps it's simply that she's just that good.
You’re so sweet but I’m really not that good!
in our couple we are a team and I do everything I can to help him and he does everything he can to help me.
So in that situation, it was easier for them to have something ready to eat for him and the kiddos after a long day at work so I simply prepared it !
@@frumitup Preparing food and making things easier/convenient for people is a love language for me as well, so I understand. I'm watching another of your videos about food preparation and it looks great, so I think maybe you are that good. Lol! Anyway, it sounds like a healthy and loving dynamic!
@thenellierose it is a love language for me too!
Our sages say to love someone you have to give to that person and take care of that person : so that is what we do 🥰🥰🥰
And rest assured, I’m not that good 🫣
Stay safe and blessed !
Dear Sara, I hope you are reading this message. Thanks for everything. It would not be wrong to say that I use CZcams for you. You are a real inspiration for me. As a young person residing in Turkey who started to make important life decisions at the age of 17 and wants to study medicine, I find hope every week thanks to you. Thank you for introducing me to this culture, which I did not have the opportunity to see especially in Turkey, and for sharing it with us sincerely like a warm member of your family. With your versatility and positivity, I have so much to take as an example from you. As a mother, as a doctor, and as a sister to me, you are very precious. Take care of yourself and be aware that we are with you when you are sad (we are all human). So glad that I have you! Loves from Turkey.
awww Neyran, your sweet message touched my soul, thank you for being here :) and May G.od bless your way with success, love and above closeness to Him in good health :)

I am a Christian woman, but much of what I wear outside of my home would be considered frum. So yes, I would love to have you guide us on a way to dress in a manner that is both attractive and modest to avoid unnecessary attention. Also, if you can point out stores that have online ordering, I would appreciate it. Your clothing is beautiful so please include stores you shop at.
Hi Celt Jade!
I am so happy you are here !
If you type in google search modest Jewish clothing ; you will have a selection of stores online and near you ❤️

Hello, My name is Linda and I live in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands it is normal for the kids to go on the bike to school. I am a Christian and every morning, when my 16 year old daughter goes the school, I ask God to protect her.

Thank you Reyha ❤️
Reyha good point. And I don't feel that she says it in a way that would make the rest of us feel like we're not keeping up with her.

@margaret: you are very kind but I’m no angel! I am full of things I need to work on!!
Lovely videos as always!! I was a luxury travel agent at one time and had many Jewish clients which had certain requirements, low floor so they may take the stairs rather than elevator, physical key access not key card, a switch which could remove all lights and electricity from the room, removal of bibles, and so on. I learned so much from them, all lovely people. If we all took the time to listen and learn from one another we would have a much more peaceful earth.
So so true! And thank you to have a kind and open heart ❤️❤️
Curious why the Bible’s would need to be completely removed from the rooms rather than just ignored if they are not needed?
@@wiltedblonde Same!
They can’t take elevators??
@@wiltedblonde I think just out of cultural respect.

Thank you so much for your beautiful explanation of how to live as an Orthodox Sephardic Jewish woman, wife, and mother. I am not Jewish, but I so appreciate learning more about your faith and culture. Thank you also for your loving and gentle words. Your prayers in the morning are an important reminder to me to see the Lord first thing every day.
Hello Sara, I'm an atheist but i really enjoy your videos and learning about your faith.
You have a lovely warm, kindly voice and a really beautifully organised home. It is a pleasure to watch your channel, thank you for sharing your life with us ❤
I worked at a Wyndham a few years back and let me tell you- as far as bed linens and cleanliness goes,... The linens are washed in cold water with eco friendly soap so I HIGHLY suggest to bring your own pillows and pull down the covers to check for dirty sheets because the times for cleaning a room/unit is significantly reduced to a half an hour at MOST so ALOT of cleaning staff has to cut corners. So tips from the trade- call and request a new set of sheets and blankets, check the shower curtains for soap spots or shampoo/soap residue, and if there are kitchens run a load of dishes in the dishwasher. 😎👍 Oh yeah- use Lysol wipes on the counters.....trust me- you don't wanna know.
Thanks that was a good set of tips. Thanks again
My cousin brings her own sheet from home change.
😵💫😳🥹 one more reason not to travel!!!
@@lessleydutton471 🤣
@@lessleydutton471 I hear you, but for some that is not an option. :)
I love your videos. I'm Christian, but I enjoy just watching you walk through your day, practicing good and healthy habits of body, mind and spirit to show reverence to God. Something about that is very soothing and edifying to my soul.
P.S. I would travel for you :)
awww thank you so so much for being here and for your kind words:)
Have a blessed day !
I appreciate learning about Orthodox Judaism so I can better support and prepare working and supporting others. I have been able to ensure that when selecting hotels for conferences or meetings we take into consideration some of the shortfalls hotels have to ensure that others are accommodated.
Thank you for being so open minded Adam
Wow. I am not Jewish, but I love your videos. Your heart is so kind, we can feel it in your videos. I love how you make us feel loved at the end of every videos. Thank you!!
I am not Jewish but this video was so interesting, educational and calming. Thanks for doing it.
I have to travel a lot for work, so it's nice to know I am not the ONLY Jewish woman who has to plan like this! You are waaaay more organized in general though. I love your closet!
Awww thank you Shawlom❤️ we are travelling sisters!!
Thank you for sharing all of this. You seem so incredibly kind. I wish we were neighbors.
Aww thank you Pamela ❤️❤️❤️
This was so informative, both about your specific situation as an orthodox Jewish woman, but also as a reminder that we can make travel - and life - smoother and less stressful by planning ahead for our own particular needs. Instead of relying on others and hoping things work out, you made your own arrangements for the essential items. Thank you for modeling this behavior for all of us.
And putting your tichel back on - that must have been such a relief! I WOULD travel for you.
I just finished traveling for a couple of days about a month ago, and I can second the idea that preparation is key. It is something I did not do because this trip was fairly impulsive, but planning and preparation would have made the trip go a lot smoother.
I agree Dorothy with everything you said and YESSSSS putting back my scarf was a relief!!
@@frumitup
May I ask why you aren't able to wear your scarf to the meeting?
These videos are so beautiful and informative. Thank you.
I also found it a bit disheartening that you could not wear your headcovering...I can think of no practical reason that courtesy would be denied to you.🤔
@@chickiek8011 I’m not Canadian, but my partner has Muslim relatives in Quebec. If I understood the laws correctly (since sometimes it seems like Quebec likes to model itself after France), they’ve been trying to limit religious headcoverings for people that hold public jobs, like teachers.
The French understanding is more freedom from religion in public vs. The US freedom of expression of religion.
My guess would be that since the meeting she’s representing her organization “in public” there might be a stipulation about religious head coverings, or something like that.
It’s just a guess and it feels discriminatory to me. Perhaps there is a good reason that I haven’t considered.
im not Jewish, but my best friend is and im so excited to have a channel where i can learn more for her! thank you for teaching us in such a kind, loving and motherly way
You are such a good friend Kat 🥰🥰🥰
Now you and your friend can plan for adventures
I am Jewish and this isn’t a thing for most Jewish people. I assume your friend is orthodox because most of us are secular and go to hotels without a second thought. My only hotel concern is whether or not the hotel will have a bathrobe.
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for sharing your prayers. Especially your morning prayer. It brought actual tears to my eyes! I can feel how much you love God, and I can sense Him in you. Blessings to you, dear woman. You are also loved! ❤
I subscribed! 🥰
You have helped me so much! I am an administrative assistant who is helping to plan a conference. One of our attendees is an Orthodox Jew, and I would like to make her stay as comfortable as possible. This video gives me an idea of the questions to ask the hotel and to inquire about food. Thank you!
Aww I am so happy to help!
And a big THANK YOU for helping us ❤️
That is so thoughtful and appreciated, thank you!
I have to say I was a little surprised and shocked that you are prevented from covering your hair as you see fit by your employer. I am sorry that you are discriminated in this way as it really is nobody else’s business.
I was also going to say this. Why would your contract preclude scarves? Sounds illegal:/ Also I hope they reimbursed you for the kosher food or gave some kind of stipend or pre-diem. Not so much the money but just the idea that others food is probably included and they've failed to provide you with same. What about ppl with food allergies or medical restrictions!?! There's also a lot of religions that have specific dietary laws so can't imagine how many ppl they overlook.
It’s not discrimination as it is health and safety concerns
@@hotandsoursoup2664 but hair must be covered in operating theatres by flimsy paper hats ( for health and safety reasons.)
@@hotandsoursoup2664 Québec also enforces Bill 21 banning the wearing of religious symbols for public sector workers including scarfs and hijab’s.. In my opinion that IS discrimination
I am not a religious person and I also find this discriminatory. I know someone mentioned it may be a health and safety concern but I’m not understanding how that applies.
I am learning so much about the Sephardic Jewish community through your videos. There are so many rituals that are so rich and embedded in your daily routine. I'm in awe. Thank you for letting us into your world. I do not take it for granted.
Oh, I love your gratitude journal! I do something similar. I take a necklace of beads (or a bracelet or any strand of beads) and, on each bead, I try to think of something during the day, that I am grateful for. It is not necessarily a religious thing, but a way to end my day with grateful heart and good memories. Sometimes I have to really search! That is when I give thanks for my five senses, for my health, for little tiny things, like seeing a beautiful flower, or hearing a bumble bee buzzing! The goal is to make it from one end of the necklace of beads, clear to the other end! I call it my "spiritual scavenger hunt" and it really works! I would travel for you, and am grateful for your videos!
I can't find the right words to describe the peaceful feeling we can have by watching your videos.
Thank you for sharing this. I work in hotels and I'm always trying to find ways to be more inclusive for our guests. I really appreciate being able too see what challenges you experience because I had no idea. I would travel for you. Have a wonderful day!
I would travel for you! I feel you on the workout stuff. I recently have mostly recovered from an injury and at the point where I can start to get active again but put on a significant amount of weight in recovery. We got this!! I love watching you do things to take care of yourself because it helps motivate me to remember that it's important for me to do as well. Wishing you wonderful things for the rest of 2022 and 2023!
I love your videos. They are so clear in their message and endearing in tone. We have a relatively small Jewish population here in New Zealand, and we are always trying to learn about the cultures and faiths of other people. Your videos have not only filled that educational void, but are beautifully made and personal. They are so engaging. Please keep making them! Also, if you are able, would love to know what your sport was. You have achieved so much!

Your videos are so calming to me. I enjoy learning about your religion & culture as I am reading the Old Testament for the first time in my life (in my 60's) an seeing the original traditions carry on today is a testament to your wonderful culture. Gratitude, love, family are so important.
Thank you Sara as always Your videos are warm and loving, and wonderful. I listen to you when you speak, because it reminds me that my experiences are unique to me, and seeing your rituals the religious and selfcare and homecare things you do, reminds me I need to take time for myself sometimes.
Keep up the excellent work!
I appreciate the time you take to take care of yourself after a long day. Another great video!
Can't thank you enough for the blissful vibe that you're sharing! Very inspiring 💎.
I’m so glad I am getting to learn more about this from you, as I have a travel company and often have orthodox Jewish travelers to a country without Jewish hotels. I appreciate being able to understand a bit more of what they are looking for!
Thank you Sara! Yes, I am a heavy packer. I always bring more than I need! I loved watching your videos. They are well planned out and proceed at a cheerful pace. 😊
Hey, facing a challenging day. Your example of discipline, faith and deliberate-ly chosen life is an inspiration and helping me get through!

So interesting all the things you need to plan for in addition to the regular stresses of travel! My biggest tip for packing light is to plan outfits including a color palette, and bring pieces that you can mix and match and re-wear. I'd also love to hear more about your time as a pro athlete!
Sara, I would travel for you! Your videos are so inspiring, peaceful, and informative. Your love for your family, religious practices, medical expertise, and your wellbeing are lessons for everyone. You are a beautiful light in the world. ❤
I found your channel while scrolling late at night during a bout with insomnia. Your voice is so calming and soothing. I’m not Jewish, but I’m very interested in other cultures. May God bless you and your loved ones in the upcoming new year
I would travel for you! I think one of my favorite things about your videos is that you always sound like you’re smiling. It is comforting and I feel so safe and invited alongside your life. I am a Christian and absolutely love learning about my Jewish brothers and sisters and I have such a love and respect for you and your community. I would love to see your modest wardrobe/outfit ideas as I am quite a modest dresser as well. And I’m with you on the journey of health too! I have no children yet (but I am praying that will happen soon!) but I have let myself go too although I used to be quite athletic. We’ll work together in heart and spirit this new year! ❤️
aww thank you Jordan for your kind words:)
G.od willing you will have a beautiful bundle of Joy sooon and in good health :) xoxoxo
Always puts a smile on my face when you post! As for travel packing tips, my number one tip that I use for every long distance trip is using military-style backpacks/rucksacks, which is something I picked up from my dad. He frequents an army surplus store in our area, and bought me a small backpack with multiple pockets for a week long trip to El Salvador. I wasn't sold on it at first because it looked smaller than the average backpack, but I was able to fit quite literally all of my luggage into it, check it as a carry-on (avoiding luggage fees was a huge plus), and carried it with ease through what felt like miles of airport terminals. It may not work for everyone, but for me it helped me limit my luggage to what I truly needed and saved me from keeping up with bulky, heavy suitcases. As an added bonus, they're also usually made durable enough to handle heavy roughhousing and comfortable enough to be worn for as long as necessary.
Thank you Sara for your kind words of encouragement! As women, lifting each other up helps us to continue to shine like the unique jewels we are. Being of different faiths just shows that our differences create a jewel box full of colour and beauty! I learn more and more about Sephardic by watching your videos and I thank you for that. G-d puts people in our paths for a reason and you are surely here to show tha we are more the same than we are different. And yes, I WOULD TRAVEL FOR YOU! Blessings! 💕💕
I so enjoy your videos! Your calming voice is very peaceful to me. Thanks for sharing your beautiful life with so many of us. I would travel for you! 💕
I would travel for you. I have traveled for CPEs as a psychologist. It is always interesting, challenging, and exhausting. You are as an inspiration as you were getting up so early to work out before going to your days meetings. You as a role model are a true gift to those of us who are spiritual in all face as we strive to live professional lives and care for our families and those that we care about around us!
Sara you are my favorite person on CZcams. As a woman of faith myself, you have kept me motivated to be on my path. I would love to see videos on your books recommendations and the books on your bookshelf.
I would travel for you.
You cannot know how much your videos mean to me, a complete stranger but a true admirer...thank you for sharing.
A lovely insight. I hope you all had a good Hannukah. I spent the day with amazing friends. They did a traditional Christmas meal, and I did a traditional Hannukah meal. The menorah was lit and I said the blessing in Hebrew and English, the day was just perfect. My nearest kosher supermarket is an hours drive in Manchester, England. So when I go I make sure I stock up the freezer. Plus, their Challah is out of this world.
I would certainly travel to see you and learn more about your faith! I love your videos for a lot of reasons, but mostly because I love getting a small glimpse into your Orthodox Jewish life. I had to pause the video to look up the different types of bread that would require a special prayer! Thank you for sharing all of this with us, and glad you made it home safely back to your loved ones!
Shalom, Sara! I hope you are enjoying Hanukkah! I guessed it was a refrigerator that you would need. I have to request one when I travel also. Especially if I am away from home on Shabbat. Todah for continuing to bless us with your beautiful videos and life shares. Blessings to you and your lovely family 🙏🏽💚
I would travel for you. Thank you for this lovely video. The love you have for your family shows in everything you do!
WOW Sarah, you are the best ty for showing us what a special day at work for you means....many blessings...and yes to a vid on how you style for the different occasions!
Your videos remind me to be positive, peaceful and eager to learn. With a little bit of humor and fun thrown in! Thank you for taking the time during your trip to share how you navigate and remain in alignment with your life. The grace in which you approach every situation is what inspires me and that I feel is my lesson to learn from you!
You don't need to be anybody else. You keep yourself safe and warm. You have as much right as anybody. I admire how organized you are. You're a great mom. (I would travel for you).
Aww thank you Peyton ❤️❤️❤️
You are such a lovely woman, and so dedicated and very gentle. Your family is very blessed to have you in their lives. I enjoy your vlogs very much. Thank you!
I really appreciate your videos- the content but also your energy, outlook, attitude and company. Very thankful I found you and for the time you put into your videos. ❤
I would travel for you. :)
Thank you for the encouraging words. I am also a Mum trying to take care of herself and juggle being a wife, science teacher and human. I need to work on using my time wisely to be a blessing to myself, my family and my students. I'm sending prayers that you find joy and health in your self care and are kind to yourself on your journey too.
I just love your videos. They are so encouraging and helpful to me as I am working at being a better wife, mom, homemaker, etc. I am not Orthodox Jew but we do follow Torah and I just love all your tips on everything in life.❤
Hi Sara thank you again for sharing your l Sephardic Jewish life and teaching others such as myself what you must do and how hard it can be when not staying in a kosher hotel. Blessings to you for all your hard work in the medical field. You are truly a blessing and thank you for teaching everyone about you and your religion. Blessings always to you and yours.
Thank you for taking us along. Your videos are so lovely and very informative.
I would travel for you! This is my favorite CZcams channel and it makes me feel safe and cared for. I am a Christian but Christmas is a huge trigger for me and makes me feel sad and alone, but your video helped comfort me. Thank you for your sweet, gentle way of being.
@Anna-Kate Howell - _”I am a Christian but Christmas is a huge trigger for me and makes me feel sad and alone…”_
Wow! 😮 I must admit, I’ve never read anything quite like this before. Why would Christmas make you feel “sad and alone”? Have you no family or friends to share the day with?
@@sisterspooky No, I don't. Be grateful that you don't understand the holidays being a trigger.
@@anna-katehowell9852 - Okay, this is more confusing, because you’re the one who said it was a trigger. You cannot explain why that is? 😕
Have you sought out someone to discuss this with? It may be helpful. 😊
@@sisterspooky I'm perfectly capable of explaining it. I just don't owe my whole life story to a stranger on youtube. Quit with the interrogation. I've said as much as I want to say.
@@anna-katehowell9852 - Seriously, you’re taking this all wrong. I’m not writing to “interrogate” you, I just wanted to give you a sounding board. I feel bad you’re down around the holidays. Sorry if my concern for you was somehow offensive. Being triggered so easily may be part of your issue, not everyone means you ill-will, sheesh. 🤦♀️
Good luck, woman. I’m not going to take your lip.
I would travel for you 🎉. As a Flight Attendant, I could so relate to this video from meal prep to making sure our hotel room has a fridge. I enjoy my daily devotional with G-D before I leave for my trips. And as someone who travels for a living, it doesn’t take long to learn to travel light. I just take what I know I will use. And yes would love to see the videos or how you dress modest and your reset to a healthier you. Have a wonderful New Year.
Wooowwww! My dream job after being a doctor was being a flight attendant : is it too late? 🫣🫣🫣
I love how you describe your lifestyle: it seems we have many similarities!
I am sure I could learn so much about travelling light with you!!
Stay safe and blessed my friend and may G.od bless you ❤️❤️❤️
@@frumitup never too late! I'm a flight attendant too and I've seen that some companies in this industry now want to hunt 40+ professionals - yes, because there's a lack of workforce, but also because this age group has more maturity, life experience and soft skills and in general is more reliable.
Ok !!! I might have a chance to fulfill that dream!!!
@@frumitup definitely consider it when your kids become a little more autonomous. :) You seem like such a kind, hospitable person and your medical background is so valuable on board!
💌 l agree with Sara + the other encouraging comments that you would excel as a Cabin Steward with your nurturing, relaxed aura plus medical background. You could rotate working 3 days a week to not be away too long from your nest 👨👩👧👦 And choose long haul or domestic routes. Once the children are older, having learnt from you how to prepare delicious food, you may feel inclined to follow your dream. Go well - wishing you the very best life. Thank you for sharing your enlightening wisdom with all of us
🙏
You are such a lovely soul. Thank you for sharing with us all these great ideas and a little bit of your life and faith.
Thank you for sharing this! I always come away from your videos with so much to think about.
I'm involved in a new diversity and inclusion initiative at my workplace and religious inclusion has so far not been addressed. After watching, I have a much better understanding of the challenges people of faith may face and will raise this asap!
Also, I love your focus on health during your workouts - it's so easy to think about appearance but health is what we all need to be aiming for as far as we can (and of course that's different for everyone).
Thank you again 💓
Thank you, very interesting. I was surprised to hear you have a contract that says you can't wear your scarf. The world is too preoccupied with women's head coverings. It's only since the sixties in the West that the practice of wearing hats or scarves to go out has disappeared. This came about when compainies started aiming fashion at teenagers rather than adults. I would travel for you.
i agree Rebecca :) Hopefully things will change!
Happy holidays my sweetie!
I was very taken aback by this contract about the headscarf. I would like to learn more as to me it sounded nonsensical.
@@frumitup And to you too 😊
If people have a religious reason to wear a head covering, why would it interfere with anything in most situations?
I don’t understand that kind of thinking.
@@adoptedalgerian I'm glad the law is being challenged.
Sara, thanks for taking us along to your CME days away. I love your videography. Loved this video. Your voice is calming. I am sure your patients value how you make them feel.
Thank you so much Sally ❤️❤️❤️
Food expresses your love and care for them and makes them feel you are there in spirit ❤ I love it
I'm not jewish and admittedly i know very little about it, but this was very interesting, thank you for making this video! Also the language you use in prayer sounds so beautiful - I don't understand it at all, but it just has a very beautiful sound in the purely aesthetic sense!
I am not Jewish but I loved this video. You are so calm and well spoken!
Yes! I would love any tips on dressing modestly. I always get great ideas for my own wardrobe. Last trip, I cooked meals, froze them, and reheated in an electric skillet in the hotel room. It reheated quickly because it was precooked. A rolling cooler was also invaluable. I would travel for you!
I truly love your videos and the fact that you share so much of yourself. I love learning about how other people live their best lives, and you seem to be the absolute perfect example of that! Thank you so much.
I would travel for you! Thank you for sharing so much of your life with us. It is truly a labor of love. May you be blessed!
This was lovely! My skin and hair behave poorly any time I am at a hotel. I always blame the water because there are different levels of hardness, softness and chemicals in the water in every area and this also impacts the solvents in the washing as well! For me, adding moisture always helps my skin.❤
Thank you Sara for this video. It popped up on suggested watching feed, and now I enjoy watching them. I really enjoyed the part about your prayer life. I am a Catholic wife and mother. My husband was recently ordained as a permanent deacon for the church. So now our prayer life includes reading the psalms in the Liturgy of Hours. My favorite is the line “ Be still and know that I am God.” Again thank you for sharing and allowing me to share with you. Peace be with you and your family.
I would travel for you. You are an absolute delight and I’m so happy I found your Channel. It brings me peace and I truly appreciate all you share. 💗
I've only just now discovered you and find your videos calming and informative. Thanks so much for sharing! Also, like you I was very sporty as a youth and young woman, but life, kids, and health issues affected my shape and I am working to do what I can to get it back! So, I will think of you when I go do my own strength training, walks, and intervals.
My tip for travelling light is to make a "capsule wardrobe" for the trip, made up of a few items of clothing that can be mixed and matched. For example, 2 skirts and 4 tops to create many outfits!
Im not Jewish but I really enjoy your videos. What a treat to learn that you were a high-level athlete! I played a sport for 13 years (won a national championship) & also kinda let myself go after retiring, so I totally get it. Here’s to us feeling more like our athletic selves as we move forward! ❤💪🏽
Wooop whoooppp! Let’s go!!!
You are such an inspiration for me to be a better person. I'm with you in getting my fitness back on track this year. Thank you for sharing & I wish you and your family blessings in this new year! 💜
Aww thank you Teandra: go team healthy2023!!
Your videos are so calming. Thank you ❤
I would travel for you! ❤️
Hi Sara, I am a new subscriber and wanted to say I love your videos so much. I love learning about people's religions through their own eyes, it is always a beautiful experience. Thank you for all of the light and positivity that you share on your channel ❤️ Looking forward to watching more of your content!
Awww thank you so much Taylor ❤️❤️❤️
Sara, I so enjoyed this video today. I appreciate how steadfast you are in your faith to bring your own food. Your faith is so
Inspiring.
❤️❤️❤️thank you so much Maggie❤️❤️❤️
I am so happy to have discovered your channel, and yes, I would travel for you! What a beautiful heart you have.
Your videos are amazing and really inspire me! Thank you so much for sharing your life with us!
Thank you for this video! My traveling tip: I like to use different colored fabric bags ( washable with zips or drawstrings) to keep clothing organized. Doing this also helps me keep items limited since the bags can only fit so many pieces of clothing.
Ouuuuuuhhhhh I love this tip! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Sara for another great video. I learn so much from you every week. I have to admit though I mostly watch them to hear your soothing voice and the unconditional love you exude. You are my highlight every week. You are the best. I also am trying to get back into shape. I’m a little older than you and my downfall was going through menopause but I’m going to the gym and watching what I eat. For me that means including more protein in my diet. Maybe that would help you too.
Merci hank you so much for your kind words and never forget : You’ve got this !
I would travel for you! I look forward to your videos. I always come away with knowledge, advice, tips and tricks. Thank you. I'm so glad to hear about the money exchange rates. Those prices were scary
The ear plugs did come in handy. Love, love your rituals. I have always been drawn to rituals. Great video. I need to get fitness back on track also.
Many blessings upon you. I am a non-Jewish spiritual woman. I listen to your videos often and I am always comforted and inspired to do and be better in my own life.
The mindfulness of your daily and life practice reminds me to be more spiritually mindful in my daily life and practice.
Thank you for being the light that you are and know that you are enough and that you are also loved.
May this always be so for you and your family. And so it is 🙏🏽
