His initial earnings would be minimal, he will be their long term coach for years to come; he's a players coach and will manage the locker room along with LeBron and AD' s input. The need for two real bigs is a must (ie 2020 chip) a third six man, Dramond/Bobby Portes etc. We need a two way guard to handle Jamall Murry and Anthony Edwards; Demar/Donovan/Caruso/
