In this vlog I thought I’d bring you along with David and I - It was his birthday when we filmed this and Dior had invited him to a birthday lunch at The Berkeley Hotel in London. (Dior Afternoon Tea at The Berkeley is on until 1st September 2019, and they still do their existing ‘Pret-a-Portea’ if you prefer)
We got to see the new Dior #30Montaigne handbag the day before it was released! We were not permitted to buy one at the time because purchases had to be made from the launch day onward only (we could place a deposit though).

Hello friends! There are 2 parts to this video! The first half is a “Get Ready With Me” - I thought I’d chat and share with you some of my favourite beauty items.

Does the whole gifting thing put you off, or actually do you quite like it because you got to see the bag the day it was launched?

Influencers do need to disclose they were gifted items for transparency otherwise their entire credibility is in question. (I do question the ones who have a new favourite foundation or something every week whether they say ad or not)
You’re always very honest and legit so don’t worry!
Think the bag looks really boring. How many of this type of cross body structured bag already exist in the market anyway ?
It's a nice looking bag. Classic and a little chunky. I don't wear belts but I like that they're adding options to it, makes it a bit unique

@@tawnyamarney Just because they made the strap 'removable' so that it could appear to be more multipurpose still doesn't do it for me. It's too chunky and old lady looking. Even the wording at the back of the bag looks too try hard. I cannot see this truly becoming a classic like Chanel Flap-- at least there looks like more workmanship goes into that. This bag is so simple that it would be a breeze to copy too.

As I’m watching your video on the treadmill, I had to pause the machine and dig out my Christian Dior Oblique stole that I purchased in 2002. It’s almost identical to the one you were looking at, and mine is also in navy. I guess the old adage is true- “everything old is new again”!
Love the Dior sneakers because I think like David said they match a higher level outfit Maybe not what you were wearing but my jean airport outfit, where I get stuck walking all day not because it's nice but because it's the airport and I wear a lot of black and white but the brown limited edition ones were awesome. Thanks for showing us!
@30:45 when I saw the white suit I immediately thought it needs to be paired with that matte white Dior bag!!! What a combo that would be!!!!
I guessed £5k for the embroidery bag, so close! I like the matt white Lady Dior more than the black one, as I find the black one kinda dull. And the white bag at the end is gorgeous, classic yet elegant. Unlike the black, it can look a bit old even when it is classic.

Love the sneakers and ballerina pumps.. I wanted to get those ballerinas but hubby was against it, so I got the sneakers in white instead. Saw the new collection that day, didn’t think about it until I saw u carry the white one...looks stunning!! Hope u got the men’s’ jacket as it look so cool and chic on u!! David reminds me of my husband. My husband wears Tom Ford, Armani, and Cucinelli suits, and for casual he likes VERY understated clothing (aka minimal logos). His favorite casual clothes are from Brunello Cucinelli. David might like Cucinelli; they have beautiful fabrics and their clothing can be styled from casual/understated to rather edgy. I really enjoy the two of you shopping. ♥️

Great video as usual. Thinking about trying the microdermabrasion, not sure. I need to get my face back in shape. After being sick for so long, it’s gotten in really bad condition. I literally slept through most of 2018 and didn’t take care of myself at all. I don’t know if you’ve tried the brand but I’m hooked on La Mer. A friend got me to try it and it’s the only brand I’ve found that I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money on. I also need to check out Dior. They had some nice shirts I liked that had bees on them, they probably don’t have them anymore. There was also a lapel pin you showed one time that I really liked. Have a great day, I’ll let you know if I have any luck with Dior and if I do the treatment.

Yes exhausted most days. Have to admit do not bounce back in 1 or 2 days off a week anymore. Foundation can be an excellent protective shield for incidental uv exposure. My dear sweet minister husband says ...any barn looks better with a coat of paint. 😂 Love my pmd

I had the same thing some time ago, I felt absolutely devastated! I know it grows back and others won't notice it as much as you do but it can really ruin your mood. I hope you feel better soon!
Oh no Bella, I’m so sorry 😩 I can absolutely relate to this - I had THE WORST haircut last summer, by a hairdresser who was covering for the guy I go to as he was on holiday. Silly me, I was glued to my phone and didn’t look up until the end. He had HACKED at my hair, cutting off a good 8 INCHES. The problem was, the length he left it was neither long nor short, it looked stupid, like a short haircut I was trying to grow-out. He’d also given me a fringe that looked like Dumb & Dumber. I felt gross, ended up having hair extensions put in by my regular guy when he got back from holiday.
Is there anything such as extensions that you can do until it grows out?xxx
Oh no Bella! I have always disliked going to the hairdresser and will not see anyone unless they have glowing reviews from a close personal friend. I’m sure it will grow out and you can have it redone but what a complete disaster and disappointment. Is it so bad you’d consider wearing a wig?

@@SophieShohetOfficial wow we had the same experience! it was a new salon, and i was glued to my phone too, all i know the hardresser cut off 6 inches of my hair and chop chop it come out so bad! i have bangs, mullet, and a bob hair which makes me look stupid. can't believe that haircut costs a bit of fortune (which i'd rather spend in other salon). i basically have to wear head scarves to hide my hair because i can't get hair extension at the moment. thank you for the kind words sophie, i didn't expect you'd reply my comment but you did! sending all my love and positivity for you right away
