I retrieved 17 of the shells from my father's 21 gun salute at his military funeral in 2017. I have been carrying them with me and trying to find something to do with them. 2 part apoxy works really well as a bonder for that sorta thing too and niobium magnets are strong n small magnets that would helps the casings stick together really well reliably for when you want to wear it, very cool bracelet though

Personally I would use a resin to keep the casings in place instead of hot glue, otherwise very cool
