I really like when Charlie does this. There's far too many ways for richer and more powerful people to silence and push around smaller youtube channels (mostly through youtube themselves), so him bringing these issues to light really helps since he's in a much better position.
He was terrible at MMA. He’s was knocked out brutally multiple times and was convinced by his buddies such as Joe that he was a terrible MMA fighter, which led to his even worse comedy career.
Word is that his inability to formulate coherent thoughts, especially in a genre like stand-up comedy in which it is prerequisite, comes from symptoms of CTE. So while he may have already been a human dingleberry without it, literal brain damage only can exacerbate these traits.

While abuse is definitely more serious then a single lawsuit, I don't think you can compare the two so easily here. Yeah, obviously the abuse situation is significantly worse then any single instance of Fair Use being unfairly used to punish a creator, but this lawsuit could set an industry precedent, and wind up effecting tens of millions of creators. They are both absolutely awful, and it's a bit difficult to compare the two.

He was terrible at MMA. He’s was knocked out brutally multiple times and was convinced by his buddies such as Joe that he was a terrible MMA fighter, which led to his even worse comedy career.
Word is that his inability to formulate coherent thoughts, especially in a genre like stand-up comedy in which it is prerequisite, comes from symptoms of CTE. So while he may have already been a human dingleberry without it, literal brain damage only can exacerbate these traits.

This is obvious retaliation, and many if not Most states have anti-slapp laws in place to prevent this.

While abuse is definitely more serious then a single lawsuit, I don't think you can compare the two so easily here. Yeah, obviously the abuse situation is significantly worse then any single instance of Fair Use being unfairly used to punish a creator, but this lawsuit could set an industry precedent, and wind up effecting tens of millions of creators. They are both absolutely awful, and it's a bit difficult to compare the two.
