Easy Beginner Scarf for Kids

Pattern Revision
In this tutorial I made a mistake when I said the multiple was 5 plus the turning chain. In fact you can easily adjust the pattern, as long as the stitch count is an odd number plus 1 for turning. So for example the scarf in this tutorial has a starting chain of 26. The size of this scarf is 25 stitches across plus 1 for the turning chain.

The tassels can be looked up, just a generic how to make tassels for a scarf video. I think I used 200g of cotton DK (4x 50g balls). I made it a bit wider than in the video but it wasn't particularly long. I'd have made it longer but I ran out.
