Babcock Ranch is a rapidly developing community, currently consistent of seven neighborhoods built around Founder's Square and large lakes. Babcock Ranch is self contained and highly amenitized. Great to know, as I've been contemplating moving down to Florida, but wasn't quite sure, because I didn't know which areas are more affected by hurricanes.

This very place held up to a powerful Hurricane--that side of it leaves no doubt whatsoever. Amazingly well thought out in that regard. For everyone? Nothing is, but it has a LOT to offer.

Middle of nowhere today becomes the place to be tomorrow- errr today-Ian just decimated Fort Myers. Recommend some fire pits and recommend to add Olympic regulation pools including the high school. Keep building guys- like Syd says “ from the ground up.” Folks will come. 👍

Where are the people? Does anybody walk or bike outside?

Hi Steven, this was filmed in the middle of the day a few weeks ago when it was in the low 90’s. This time of year, most people walk and bike early or later in the day when it’s not as hot and humid. On the bright side, we are about a week away from our weather being amazing for months. Low humidity and highs in the 70’s and 80’s. ☀️🌴⛳️

How does solar powered town work to the advantage of homeowners?

Buying a home in Babcock Ranch offers many benefits to homeowners including energy-efficient options, like:
      - Tight construction and ducts
      - Efficient natural heating and cooling equipment (like porches, raised foundations, and ceiling fans)
      - Energy-saving lighting and appliance
      - Programmable thermostats that let you control the heating and cooling of your home remotely during different times of the day
All the Babcock homes offer water conservation through native and low-impact landscaping, reclaimed water irrigation, and WaterSense-compliant fixtures.
Babcock Ranch also offers the latest technology, including the fastest residential internet speeds in the U.S., smart home technologies, and solar energy technology. They pride themselves on having cutting-edge technology integrated into the homes.
Babcock Ranch garnered a lot of national attention after Hurricane Ian after they didn't lose power. Here is an interesting article that talks about it. babcockranch.com/babcock-ranch-lauded-as-a-game-changer-in-prestigious-2023-edison-awards/

How much are the association fees?

    • @TheGuilletteGroupLiveJoySWFL

Hi Daniel, thanks for watching and commenting. Like many of our communities, there are multiple factors and home options the will impact the fees. Condo's include a secondary HOA fee in addition to the master. Some home options include bundled golf or a social membership like at Babcock National within Babcock Ranch. It's not a simple answer because you have a lot of options. If you could send an email to angie@guillettegroup.com with the type of home and if golf is important to you, she can help narrow the range for you and provide an estimate.

@quintin scott Hi Quinton, bundled golf vs. non golf is a big differentiator, then lot sizes and builder neighborhoods have their own rates. We're happy to talk through options. Please reach out to us at 239-776-6872 or info@guillettegroup.com.

gees dude just a range of the cost, the beat around the bush B.S. sales talk tells me it is quite high a price.

    • @TheGuilletteGroupLiveJoySWFL
      @TheGuilletteGroupLiveJoySWFL  Před rokem

@@user-rc6me8tg6j The range is approximately $300 - $1,000/mo. Seeking to clarify is how we help our customers. If someone is looking for a small home in the non-bundled portion of the community and we share a bundled golf rate, that is significantly different. They could end up making a decision based on the wrong information. The builder, lot size (Floorplan), and bundled or non-bundled golf all influence the monthly fees. Thank you for allowing us to explain why we ask more questions. It is to better inform our customers.
