Why is the infotainment screen using the old mazda connect system when in europe the cx5 has had the latest system for years with 10.25inch. Mazda regional differences are super dumb.

Have the Soul Red version. Great Car! I have one question though, how did you enable Wireless AppleCarPlay? Mine appears disable even when Im parked. It only works when I use a cable which is irritating. Hahaha
why is there no green and red trimming same as the facelifted CX5 abroad?

Already way too late. Should have bringing in this CX5 facelift long time ago. Also, CX5 facelift also no premium speakers and no full instrument cluster display. CX5 facelift offered with 8 inch screen while CX5 rivals already got bigger screen and CX5 in other countries offered with 10 inch screen
The basic 2.0 NA engine.. that’s the same like cx3 right? Underpowered even for the smaller sibling. On this one must be very sluggish
Yup it may not be that powerful but I would say it’s definitely enough for daily usage, since I own one 👍🏻

I just got a CX-5 2.0 High last December so it isn’t this model. Other than the Qi charging, wireless Apple Carplay and the new colours, are there any other changes?
I would say the auto-folding side mirrors and MRCC, do you have them?
Mazda is great car I have first one 2006 Mazda 6 drive until 2015 out of any problems then buy another one 2018 for My wife and in January 8 buy 2024 Mazda CX 5 just do it service on time it's so great car

so late coming 2 MY, neighbors got this long time ago w/ cx60 sumore!😙 guess brmz too occupied putting kia & pug (now under stelnts?) under its wing!😅 yeah it's dated the interior ditto (somewhat) on the outside too but hey an all-new 1 coming (after they're bz w/ their cx50/60/90/70 launches) mayb it'll b way awesome than this! Am hoping the 8 speed & some of the luxes on the cx60 will trickle down to the next gen cx5!😉

Infotainment is undersized
Why did they remove the fog lamps? it looked so much aggressive with the fog laps. Other than that its the same look hmmmmmm
Personal preference I guess! It suppose to give the car a cleaner look like the Mazda 3, which looks really aggressive as well! Thanks for watching.

That’s true they could’ve made the screen larger as well but it’s really easy to use and it has all the necessary info + apple carplay/android auto which is what we want from an infotainment 👍🏻

Why are they not giving everyone the same infotainment screen as the one they have in Europe?😩And in 2024 features such as tyre pressure monitor, android auto should be standard. Chery has those anmd more as standard. But amazing review though i must say....

Hard to say because many people actually love the Mazda CX-5 a lot! But yup it’s a facelift so not much changes, probably have to wait for the successor to it on 2025. (Heard its going to be electric)
Does the cx 5 have double glaze windshield and windows for soundproofing ?

It is the same. Interior mostly the same. Even USBA for passenger side. Very minor change

As an owner of M car, few contis and also a comfy car like the top tier T8, this car doesn't look tempting until you actually drove one, the reliability, rigidity, drivability, handling, noise cancellation and sound proofing is by far one of the best in its class.

I don't know what Mazda is doing now in Malaysia. The model is nothing rather than minor facelfit.. Malaysia should look forward for cx50 and the above. This CX5 is absolutely disappointing.
I think it’s because the CX-5 facelift should have launched way earlier but we got it sooo late that the CX50/70/90 are out already, but definitely looking forward for those models to be launched here! 👍🏻
