My question is why did she feel she needed to get so much work done. She was one of the most naturally beautiful women in history in my opinion, absolute perfection. Then she got multiple rhinoplasty’s and so much more, I just don’t understand. There was NOTHING wrong with her looks back then.

Without the sex tape and being super hot kim never would have become who she is today. 2023 kim could never become famous. Men usually become rich and successful after 40, but women can only become successful in their early 20s when they're the most beautiful they will ever be. I don't think ive ever heard of a 50 year old woman becoming successful. Youth and beauty are a womans key to success.
