How would you airbnb 2 rooms seperate in single flat as per your calculation... Secondly you didnt take into account the operating costs like furnishing, service charges, cleaning charges, advt and marketing..all in roi will decline

Owner is allowed to Airbnb without a trade license. We can get the permission from Dubai tourism council. I prefer that mode - giving personalized attantion and service to the guests.
