- Today we are going to experience our first fine dining experience aboard P&O Cruise Ship ; Iona as we sail through the Norwegian fjords!
🛳️ We try out the Norwegian taster menu and give our full review at the luxury Epicurean dining restaurant
🛳️ Then it's time to head to our second port of our cruise; Ålesund
🛳️ Before sailing away and waving goodbye to a rather fun looking cruise Aida!

Ooooo a cosy cafe with snow outside sounds lovely (when you're not soggy wet through) he he. Loved the sunny views afterwards on the ship and the fine dining reviews, my hunny liked the different Katnip picture for each review score; I didn't realise they were different until he said. Also I used to say and still do sometimes ay Um-ber-rella, my hubby thought that was correct and we checked and it's Umbrella, so we decided there should be a little character that always has an umbrella whatever the weather, named Ella or something or Umber-Ella. They would have a parasol in the hot weather etc, he he. Happy Hols. xx
As someone who's done about 15 P&O cruises, it's been so lovely to see the wonder of it in a 'beginner'. If you ever feel like doing another one, I would heartily recommend one that goes into Italy...but beware the Bay of Biscay!!

My parents and sister and her family have been on this cruise and they all loved it. I worked for p&o many years before my family wished to cruise. They all missed out on my family discount. Always nice to see people on holiday and not vloggers who were gifted a holiday. Makes for an honest review x

So happy to see u enjoying the norwegian landscape~! Used to live in a fjord with my father like an hour away from ålesund, he suddenly passed away last year, so kinda bittersweet to watch. feels like home.

The tasting meal looks so good! We did a meal like that at Monsieur Paul in France at Epcot. It was amazing. It came w/ 3 alcoholic drinks that were included. We did it for my husbands birthday. It was expensive.. like 195$, but it was something I will never forget. I'm not a fancy eater, but every bite was so good! Thank you for sharing your trip. You are making great memories!
