- Today I am Embarking on my first ever cruise and what a way to start than to head on one of Britians LARGEST cruise ship!
🛳️ We board P&Os new Iona ship bound for the Norweigen Fjords!
🛳️ We review and try out the onboard dining as well as have a tour around the Iona Ship!
🛳️ I'll show you what inside the Cabin is like with a Balcony room tour and we will finally set sail and begin our journey to sea!

@@catherinekayy 😊 If you've caught the cruise bug there's lots to see and do just outside Southampton. If you have travel days. The New Forest has free roamimg ponies and lots of great tea rooms and near Alton its possible to visit Jane Austens House 😊

oooh I took this cruise last year and I had the same captain. Because I was by myself I ended up choosing to share tables every evening with people and apparently amongst cruisers this captain is known to be very funny.

We did this cruise the week before you. We loved it. And the weather was stunning. Some of the pictures we got are amazing. We have booked 2 more now. We're hooked. We were surprised at how much food there is. It made me laugh when you went to the buffet at night. That's what we did lol. 😊

Oooh Iona? Nice, we did her in 2021 :D Have you now been bitten by the cruise bug? Also, for next time, buy luggage tag protectors for cruise ships, protects them from the rain and you won't need to staple them :)
My Norway cruise was one of my all time favorites. Actually they all are favorites! This summer I am flying to Tokyo to visit Disney and then will take a Best of Japan cruise! Cruising is my favorite way to travel now!

@@catherinekayy it’s with Celebrity. It’s 12 days long. They seem to do this cruise multiple times each summer. One port is South Korea but the rest is Japan. I usually cruise with Holland America but they don’t go to Asia in the summer and I’m a teacher. It’s on the Millenium. I bought my ticket about 18 months ago. If you buy a cruise the week it’s first released you can usually get good deals!
I’ve always been too scared to go on a cruise because deep water terrifies me, but that looks so amazing!

Super excited for you (and a bit jealous haha). We live RIGHT by the Port of Tyne and although some ships leave from there I never understand why we have to travel to the bottom of the country to travel to countries North of us! It would be awesome if we could get a cruise to Norway from right here a 10-15 minute walk from our house.

Ive been on this cruise it was great, hope you have gotten the cruise bug now ive been on 8. If your looking for another one I think you would enjoy a Tui Marella cruise the ships are older and smaller but its more of a happy easygoing vibe than p&o.

At thirteen weeks post op I have developed an ulcer but it was nothing like the one your husband had. The biggest problem so far is I keep getting dehydrated.
