Wow, the new aircraft, which was developed recently, is not built in the number of 900, as the U.S. did in 30 years with the F-35.

I'm not poo-pooing your analogy about diamonds.....recommend using a different valued commodity.....diamonds are not as rare as you think. One company (Debeers) in the world has the monopoly on diamond dustrobution to retail sellers. Debeers is not allowed to operate in the United States becuase it violates anti- trust laws. Buyers from US have to travel to acquire new diamonds to the market. When new diamond deposits are discovered and it's not Debeers....they buy that company that found it...and overpay for the right to squirrel away new diamond discoveries.
Also....Debeers parses out a small portion of new diamonds every year of what it keeps in vaults in order to keep the price on diamonds artificially high. If the true amount of diamonds flooded the market you would be paying couple hundred bucks for a clear VVS 1K diamond.

The true comp for the SU-57 is the F-22 which if I remember correctly....was designed in the late 80s and was known as the ATF. The reason only 200 units were built is the US Congress cut funding due to the end of the Cold War.
The F-22 first flew in 1997 then became operational in 2005.

Russians are very little, maybe a 100k or so (that’s mean less people- less loss) and rebels from that second part of ukraine- they have 100% mobilisation of 2m people.. they in war for about 8 years and pretty professional now. Russians just help with weapons, as US helps to other side. There’s Nothing good in this situation I think.. both these parts could have discussed and decided without war, just like for example Slovak and Check or any others. But usa is keeping fire in the region no one knows why

It is stealthy, but many 4-gen fighters can easily outmaneuver it.

People forget that the F35 is basically just a reconnaissance aircraft, with it's main priority being to find the target and use their large squadron numbers and stealthiness to close off the enemy.
The F35 is just aerial CCTV which can fire long range potshots, it's main directive is to locate and trap the enemy, while the F22s and 15s do the dirty work

@alessandropasquali3371 Not all models of the F35 are STOVL capable, only the C model is. B is the carrier version and the A models are the standard Airforce models. But the "stealth" in the F35 isn't just paint, it's in the design of the airframe, the engine, is part of the avionics pkg and many other small details such as fasteners, panel edges, etc. That's why the Russians nor Chinese can match it even with stolen plans, because they think stealth is just in the "paint".
It’s funny because it’s true. A brick is considerably more stealthy than an su-57, considering the frontal cross section of a brick is like .005 square meters and the effective radar cross section of the su-57 is .1 meters squared.

There is only one aircraft made that can in a straight fight beat the F-22 without the F-22 being gimped by rules of engagement.

Or around 1100 F-15EX's.
Or Around 1000 F-35's.
Both of which have the same Air-Air Capabilities except for Manouvrebility but in turn way better Ground Strike capabilities.
F22 is Air superiority fighter and there are 183 still in operation. F35 is multirole aircraft that is fighter capable and 900 are in operation.

@@Sukhoi_33 it actually has been used in combat, the F-22 raptor was used for ground strike missions in Syria, and later intercepted 2 TU-95 bears and luckily pushed them out of Alaskan airspace, the TU-95 was being escorted with 2 SU-35s. The reason the F-22 didn’t shoot down anything yet is probably because it hasn’t been in anyplace like in ukraine, but it is combat proven and effective.
