I'm moving back to ABQ here in a few weeks..
Back in ... I think 2009 to 2013 I used to go to a (I thought was a second hand store) and I used to NEVER ... Would Never Paint an old furniture because I used to RESTORE Antiques... but this woman in ABQ NM had some of the most precious hand PAINTED pieces and it changed my way of thinking of painted furniture...
I was thinking today... after watching some of your great videos I would love to "Thank" that woman that I met up in ABQ NM ....

If your drawers lay perfectly flat and there isn't a divider between drawers, this method works great, but if not, it's better to take the drawers out, trace around and do the drawers separately.

I have that same dresser been staring at it for weeks. Had the idea to paint the flowers by hand. Yours looks very pretty.

My hair is mostly grey on top. My hairdresser highlights it so it all blends together. I’m not sure the mix... thank you so much!
This is so beautiful. I noticed that you just put wax over the transfer. Can you put a polycrylic over it and would that protect the transfer even more?
You can use any gentle sealer over it

Would you put transfer on after painting then big top after ?
The transfers release easily if applied to a sealed surface... then use the same sealer or a wax to protect your transfer.
What transfer was the vi e from? Love it! That dresser is beautiful! Oh never mind. You just said “Wonder”. How long did it actually take you to paint that? It seems like it takes me forever!

Beautiful! I have a question. I’m planning on using an IOD white transfer on a dark wood. The furniture has a new, furniture finish, and I’m not sure how to seal after the transfer. I’m not wanting to paint the entire piece, just add the transfer. Any tips, hints or suggestions? Thanks so much, in advance!
I would just leave it alone. But if you think you need to go in with a small brush and clean wax

I am not certain they should be in direct weather.... that being said I have one on my patio door, and my store door that are both on covered patios. They are doing good!
