Bro, I can't tell you how many times I showed this to people when they were like, "well xbox has halo".
I remember this so vividly. The first MGS4 trailer they published that showed anything about the game. I remember how bleak and desperate it looked with Snake appearing like he was on his last legs. And the speculation about the plot.
Now we wait for master collection while we play on emulators

If you're an eagle-eyed viewer, you can easily spot that the enemy the PMC soldier spots is Solid/Old Snake moments before the whammy takes place.

@@thehumanmistery 0:39, you can see Snake behind the pillar and then he runs behind a wall. The POV soldier spots and follows but for POV soldiers surprise, he isn't there where he thought Snake would be. Thus Snake gets his sneak attack.
This is arguably one of the best game trailers ever
They ran this using 2 GTX 7800 Ultra GPUs. Kojima then learned the actual power of the PS3 and had to scale down the graphics and performance dramatically.

Yeah, for sure, the 2005 trailer had better graphics than the actual game cutscenes but someone on CZcams said no it's not and I got into a heated argument with that fool. lol. I always knew I was right about the 2005 trailer having better graphics than the finished product.

It's up there. But the MGS3 E3 2003 trailer is better, IMO.
Nah. The MGS2 E3 2000 trailer was god tier! At the time the trailer launched, the PS2 still hadn't been released, we were still in the PS1 era (at the tail end of) and no one had ever seen a trailer like it! It blew our minds. I must have watched that trailer like a hundred times‼️

Same for mgs4. PS3 was still a year away from release. But sadly the final game was downgraded and ran like crap.
Both are equally impressive. The jump from MGS1 to 2 and 3 to 4 is massive. The MGS4 graphics looked extremely realistic and still look very good to this day. @@WhyYouHating.
I wish they would've aged snake per chapter. So you could still play as young snake early on.

AFAIK that was never released anywhere else, and I've searched for it over the years. So much so, that I've been thinking about trying to recreate it as closely as possible one of these days, because I really love the music on this trailer, and I'm not alone it seems. :)
