    This is the best ab workout I’ve found that gives the quickest results and I was a group fitness instructor for 11 years. I haven’t found anything better. Thank you!

    Pure Barre is such an AWESOME way to workout!! Go to any PB studio and you can find any number of different routines for any level or difficulty!

    Very good the stomach. Its like small crunches, very focused. Ive been exhausted lately due to being woken up alot, so small things are helpful.
