honestly, if you didnt derank that means that you won at least 1/3 - 1/2 games (if you did play), so not too bad, that means you at least deserve the rank you are in
but at silver honestly that could easily be just a teammate issue, i barely ranked into platinum because i got good teammates on my rank up

Step 1: Learn the maps, characters, where people typically play, and how they use util on said maps. (Watch some VODS or play a ton)
Step 2: Learn how Valorant timing works, and combine that with good positioning.
Step 3: Play an absurd amount of death matches. (or aimlabs, basically get your aim good)
Step 4: Learn to communicate all valid information with your teammates.
Step 5: Learn from your mistakes.
Step 6: Go win your matches.

If you are serious about being hardstuck iron 2, I just want to say you’re not.
You are only in Iron if you haven’t played enough games, if you play enough games you will naturally improve without having to adjust anything to get to bronze, there is no such thing as hardstuck iron, because hardstuck means no matter how many games you play you won’t get out, and that’s not true, play more games, you got this king!

Tbh, this is a good advice for me. Back then, when I'm on a lose streak, I literally can't sleep. But now, when I get a lose streak (Highest is 18th lmao), I just schrug it off because almost all of those games I knew I did my best and I was match/team mvp. It all comes to perspective. Even if I lose a lot, if I use those loses to my advantage to learn more on what I should do, then there is nothing I should worry about other than improvement. Ranks are just jpegs besides your name, so no need to rush the ranks. We lose more, we learn more, we win more.
If i get 18 lose streaks i would unistall

9:40 TRUE. I played a lot of sc2 in the past (diamond 1 here, I played against low masters) and this experience of a team-based game gives a different "approach" to our faults. That sc2 university is pure gold about how to build a competitive mentality :D
In this case, I accept I suck at Valorant but it is my responsibility to get better and rank up. I am new, I started at Bronze 2. Now I am silver 2 xd Step by step :D

i never thought of that way before " blameless games". this makes a lot of sense to me. sometimes you do nothing wrong but still lose the round. shit happens just an aim error or they get lucky stunned/blinded kill. people don't understand and still blame and be toxic which makes the whole team mental bad.

The main reason I don’t really comm in solo queue and even with friends is because when I solo queue they don’t listen and would rather do their own thing. With friends, I’m not exactly the best out of them so they don’t take me seriously when I make calls

hello, I'm a brazilian who kept the golbal rank in cs for years, and I'm migrating to valorant, I started watching your videos but a good part of the positioning and understanding of fps is already ingrained in my mind, but in 2 weeks I got mine best rank in platinum and I stayed in gold for most of the time, I have suffered in adapting to the weapons and mainly in playing against and players who are unpredictable in the mistakes that lead me to death" like piercing smokes or senseless advances" also in trying in trying to explain to my teammates how to adapt against teams that rotate quickly or explain to lukers to hold time for a while to maintain map pressure, always getting rage even trying to give tips calmly, what can I do to move up being SOLOQ, in fact I see so many mistakes in the matches that 15 s in the pre-round is not enough to try to fix the team, what I'm trying to say is not that I deserve a higher rank even for being a newbie but I think it would be a cool video of from " how to go up in rank with poor aim but with mechanics " which is my case now " until I adapted with the weapons, which to be honest I never played a fps with recoil so strange ( unique ", and I'm sure it will help many and many silvers and golds

I need some advice, you’re a great coach Woohoojin but I literally don’t know how I can apply these techniques and positioning ideas in game. I feel like I just watch a vod and overload my brain and overthink so much and I just can’t concentrate on playing and I overthink. Am I too dumb for this I’m worried cause maybe I’m j too smooth brained or something and I can’t improve my game sense cause of my stupid fucking overthinking.

Instead of having my KDR or Win/Loss on my mind, I try to think about making the banana from the internet proud. It genuinely helps to improve and be less scared in fights and more disciplined when being too aggressive.

Coach I feel so stagnant and I don’t understand. Sometimes I feel like it’s my teammates holding me down but then I realize I’m just a massive idiot. I’ve been doing the aim routine since it came out but i can only consistently get 10.
