This reminds me of a forgotten lego game: Lego Worlds
The nerd I am is just excited to see genuine procedurally generated maps in higher fidelity than Minecraft. That to me is mind blowing even tho it’s probably been done before.
I may be wrong on this but it looks like everyone may have it wrong, in the juno/lego settings the seed description is implied to give an identical spawn location for someone else, and the fact that we have cover photos of one seemingly large map indicates it's not random each load, perhaps the structures are but I dont know about the terrain

If it's NOT, then I hope a future update adds a procedurally generated map/mode

Hope it's a survival with online instances that allow a big number of players and that u can even make private. Also hope that like in minecraft, we get to have our own area where no one can grief us and we can let friends help us build. I do hope the pve is fun and that there's a lot of bosses as well.

I have that feeling too it feels different than just another game mode it’s like a game in its self
I'm wish there will be a lot of hard bossys or even something like world bossys and something like levels or items that will really make you feel some good progress in the game

I think the whole point is that Fortnite LEGO and Fortnite Rocket Racing are now two new permanent modes just like Battle Royale. They have their own updates, their own cosmetics, and ranked system, it's not like a creative map or an LTM it is now just another part of Fortnite. He asks "Will this take people away from Fortnite?" but I think this is now ALSO Fortnite.
Fortnite is basically becoming a game launcher, similar to Roblox. It's fascinating to see how it's transformed since its beginning.
I've never thought I was more on the spectrum than I do being hype over this.

I don't think Lego Fortnite will pull people away from the main Fortnite gamemode- but probably Save The World... considering this is like a step up from something like STW but of course in lego form- minus the guns

not really. stw has missions and stuff this is purely Minecraft type survival. I did notice on the leak for the materials they are using brightcore from stw so that's pretty interesting.

Tim, save the world is already an rpg. It just limits the people per mission to a 4 man fireteam. But you pick what class you play as and for the most part, you adapt your play style to the class you’re playing as. Plus, you can earn vbucks everyday without dropping 10 bucks for every battle pass. Every battle pass I’ve ever owned I’ve earned the vbucks for out of save the world
Same too bad for the people that didn’t get it when they gave v bucks.
Reminds me of save the world. They should at least add more to save the world to make it more viable. Not complaining but i played save the world when this game was in its beta, Got founders and everything and they kind of gave up on it. What they are doing with this is kinda what Save the world already is. Still i am excited for some pve.
