For commandment 9 a way to remember to hold your thumb in, is that that’s the hand that goes on the Bible…and also the way you sign the letter B (for Bible) in sign language.

You have mispresented Commandment 8 and Commandment 10 using the same methods and declared them as the same commandment (thou shalt not steal). Commandment 10 is "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's goods" 1> Worship God - One God2> No worshiping other gods/false images3> No using Lord's name in vain4> Keep Sabbath holy5> Honor father and mother6> You shall not kill7> You shall not commit adultry8> You shall not steal9> You shall not bear false witness (lie/be deceptive)10> You shall not covet they neighbor's goods
The first four commandments concern god's ego which doesn't impress me at all. The fifth about honoring parents rather depends on how they treated their own children. 6, 7, and 8 are obvious and we all pretty much know without being told. Not bearing false witness (lying) about others is an excellent injunction and perhaps the most well thought out of all. Coveting is not so bad a thing and can spur ingenuity and the work ethic. I don't like wives being listed along with oxen as possessions.

Burnt offerings and sacrifices were never commanded, they were added to the law of Moses by the scribes.
There are more verses in Isaiah pertaining to the addition of burnt offerings and sacrifices to the law of Moses by the scribes. Apparently you don't know your bible quite as good as you thought. Perhaps it's yourself who ought to repent.

You have mispresented Commandment 8 and Commandment 10 using the same methods and declared them as the same commandment (thou shalt not steal). Commandment 10 is "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's goods"

The first four commandments concern god's ego which doesn't impress me at all. The fifth about honoring parents rather depends on how they treated their own children. 6, 7, and 8 are obvious and we all pretty much know without being told. Not bearing false witness (lying) about others is an excellent injunction and perhaps the most well thought out of all. Coveting is not so bad a thing and can spur ingenuity and the work ethic. I don't like wives being listed along with oxen as possessions.
