എനിക്ക് അയൺ defficiency മൂലമുള്ള അനീമിയ ആണ്. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു വർഷം ആയി അയൺ ടാബ് ലറ്റ് കഴിക്കുന്നു. ദിവസം 2 എണ്ണം ആണ് ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത്. മാസം തോറും HB നോക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ 10 ന് മുകളിലേക്ക് വരുന്നില്ല. ഇപ്പോഴും 2 ടാബ് ലറ്റ് വീതമാണ് കഴിക്കുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോൾ ശരീരത്തിൽ അലർജി പോലെ ചൊറിച്ചിൽ വരുന്നു. ഈ മരുന്നിന്റെ വല്ല സൈഡ് എഫക്ടും ആണോ Socril എന്ന iron folic acid ഗുളിക ആണ് ഞാൻ കഴിക്കുന്നത്.
