There is a term they use in America, and it goes " keep it simple stupid." this means that the less complicated, the better, and when it comes to repair costs, it's much cheaper. Mechanical stuff is easy to repair and usually can be done by a backyard mechanic. Air conditioning that works well is the most important accessory along with the mechanical components. The heat and humidity will take its toll, and a white vehicle will not only stay looking better but will actually stay cooler because white reflects the sun. Toyota is known for dependability, and that is because it is overbuilt where needed, and the mechanical components are underpowered compared to what they can actually put out so they can't be abused readily With proper maintenance, you can get 300k plus out of your investment depending upon how you use it .
The lack of power windows is a deal breaker. Very important esp. in Mindanao with so many checkpoints on the road.
Deal breaker? No it's not if you want power windows you just need to spend extra buying the top of the line
