Very beautiful and practical design. Loved both exterior and interior. Hard to believe it's set in 40 by 60 plot... Awesome....
That's 40*65 plot size but the hard part to believe is the house building per square feet cost is only 2500/- and it comes to only 1.5 crores considering the built up area is 6000 sqft which i find much cheaper compared to the elegance of the house.

absolutely..2400 sqft. is actually a small plot for this kind of fabulous design.
Very beautifully done keeping in mind the flow of natural light and air. For 1.5 Cr I'D say the designer has done an awesome job. Well done.

Trust me, this is one of the amazing architectural design and idea so far. So much small and big details i.e from youths room to sea breeze area and privacy areas. The light falls everywhere and the interior is soo geometrically design. It has to be expensive, coz it’s worth it !!! 🍻

I admire murali architect and I followed his blog posts and many for a quite long time and I also had in my mind that I want to use his service to construct my dream house. When I had a plan of demolish and re-construct a new home on my existing one, I approached his office and I was unable to reach him. I spoke to his receptionist and straight forward she told that unless project value is X crore they cannot proceed with talking to the architect. I was disappointed that the conversation straight away starts with the value of the project and no room for discussion or any. I was turned off and moved elsewhere. If the murali architectural firm is watching this review, please take this as constructive feedback. Please talk to the client rather than insisting if they have Crores to start the project. People know going with big architects needs a good amount to start with.

Try to arrange the photoes in a systematic way. Also this time floor plans photoes were not detailed. But its a nice house. And for 1.5 cr, it is awsm. Kudos to the architect firm, they used the money in the best possible way. So it is the best firm u guys hv introduced till date. Kudos....

Nice bungalow built, best part was the natural air intake and outflow that's required so as its near sea then hot as well as humid does make the house a furnace but the solution to counter is nice.

You can get it from Luxaire Luxury Fans. They have Designer planters from LED to fiber glass planters! I got mine from them!

But I guess cleaning to maintain the house would be a challenge.
Still cant believe its done at 2500 inr per sft.If its true then its definitely value for money and Hats off to you murli sir for respecting one's hard earned money.I expected it to be not less than 4k to 5k per sft.
One suggestion,could have used solar atleast for AC and could have made it a eco frienfdly.
Forgot to mention that these are the projects we are looking from buildofy.

Nice designs but it gives a feel of a commercial space rather than a residence.
Didn't like the bathtub design for sitting... But overall the building is very good with good ventilation and light. Loved the elevation!

You can always go for Drop mounted fans. I have come across some unique design in drop mount from Luxaire luxury fans.
You can try those Drop mount Designer fan from Luxaire! They will surely suit your ceilings. They did for me!
you can also go flush mounted fan. Luxaire have really good collection of flush mounted fan as well

Rs2500/ sqft sirf architect ka project cost hai. yeh sab high end ghar banwate hain.
cement material alag, furniture alag, fixtures alag - yeh sab aapke upar hai.
yeh architecture ki duniye bhi requirement wise hi charge karte hain

Should it be lesser requirements, the price drops or vice a versa.
Yes, off coarse the owner binds the amount with his requirements but it goes parallel with the architect fees.
