- Yes you have read the caption correctly! There is a drift McLaren that takes part in ALL drift events in Ebisu, including Matsuri. This car was stacked into 50 car trains, so we had to go say hello and see what is up! Also, the S14 faces it's toughest task yet, the Touge track and final hour of Matsuri...

So much respect that you even brought up the concept of doing Touge Course without the handbrake! I remember when it was supposed to be embarrassing to use the handbrake. Nowadays all the “Pro Level” drifters/“CZcams Drivers” treat it as a requirement. Good on you for striving for better driving technique 👍 LZ couldn’t drift a full lap to save his life without a hydro lol.
Also it’s an online fad (usually by sim drifters) that you shouldn’t use it, which is incorrect when it comes to real drifting as there is a consequence to a mistake unlike online. Similarly to sim drifters always left foot braking, as there is no brake or tyre wear.
Only in Japan there is a MCLaren drift car 🔥🔥

Fun fact: the mclaren's 3,9 Twin turbo V8 is based of the Nissan r92cp v8 racing engine.

See...I'm not the only crazy mother funker in the world that's turning a GT3 car into a drift missile, he's just got way more money than I do! lmao
For the record, GT3 chassis sell for dirt cheap, I paid less than $5,000 CDN for a 2017 NSX Evo GT3 chassis, it had a little damage to the impact bar on the front and the body, tub and an additional aero kit cost us just over $11,000 CDN, engine was swapped to a J32ZC with twin turbo and side exit exhaust and it was fitted with Wisefab front and rear.
Our HSV-010 on the other hand was about $30,000 and had everything except electronics and drivetrain, we're planning on turning it into a drift missile as well, but we've run into a few problems (which is why I bought the NSX), I'm still aiming for a 2024 track date to get it completed, but, it has a lot more carbon fiber work that needs to be done and between the NSX and running a company, I don't know if I'll have time to get it all done...tbh
