Such a shame Jackson will miss this season. This year easily has the strongest lineup ever and he will be the only one missing (and Aaron?).

I always find it strange/funny hearing English riders saying things like ... love riding at "home", the "home" crowd etc. As a proud Scotsman, I honestly don't mind it, but we dont normally see things like this said in many other sports in the UK (due to Scottish/English rivalry/banter), and I for one have been chearing on Steve Peat, Gee and Rachel Atherton in the past, but will that change when the likes of Greg Williamson, Reece Wilson, Louise Ferguson etc start getting on the podiums and winning world cups more regularly? Maybe it's because we are a small community (mountain bike community) and kind of stick together? In fact its more "us and them" between road cyclists than it is between home nations. I just thought it was an interesting observation, although I'm sure the internet will soon prove me wrong! đŸŽó §ó ąó łó Łó Žó żâ™„ïžđŸŽó §ó ąó łó Łó Žó ż

I guess unless an event isn't made the most dangerous it could absolutely be, it's not a good race?
Why don't they dump shattered glass, dull saw blades, used engine oil on the track, and chain up starving wolves all along the course as well.

You could run that race 500 times and Charlie would still only win that 1 time. Good on him though, way more than my ass could ever dream of accomplishing.
