'probably the best advertising video that I have seen to date. I would love BMW and others to have the CEO talk for 20 minutes and explain their rationale for the product and options that they sell instead of the stupid hype of dancing kids and phoney hipsters. While I agree, luxury goods like expensive cars are sold on things like lifestyle, not stats. The gearheads will love it, but we make up a tiny portion of the buying public. It would be nice to have it on offer, though.
Just listening to his explanations and his knowledge somehow puts me in a hypnotic state and next thing I know I have a $250-$300 charge on my card but boy do I get something special in the mail a few days later.

By 15 minutes in this guy had not only talked me into his brand, but had educated me into the "right" trigger for me. ...and yeah, this guy is awesome, wish I worked with people let alone for someone this competent.
Bill Geissele is a true American hero. I had the pleasure of working with him @ Geissele. He is by far one of the best engineers, I have ever worked with. I encourage any engineer, who is just starting up, to get a job at Geissele. You will come out as one of the bests in the field.

What a great American success story on how to "build a better mousetrap." Geissele triggers are now installed on all my service rifle platforms (whether semi-custom or off-the-shelf). And semi-custom builders like Fulton Armory now include Geissele triggers as a standard-ordering option. Finally, as a bonus, I learned from this video that if you want to know how to pronounce "Geissele" correctly, just go straight to the source: It's "GUYS-LEE." Are you paying attention Glen Zediker?

About almost 10 years later and almost a dozen Geissele triggers in, I will say that you won''t be disappointed or regret your purchase. There's plenty of competitors on the market with cheaper and more expensive options but this still remains the Cadillac standard.

I just bought an SSA through Noveske in one of their lower parts kits to install on a Noveske N4 lower and your install video has been a great help in preparation for this. I also want to install new triggers in a DPMS Panther G2 24" Bull barrel rifle and a Stag lower that I intend to add a bull barrel upper to and because of your videos I now know that I want to install the SSA-E trigger group in both guns.

@StaKind85, I don't profess to be a design expert for GA, but the SSA and G2S have similar geometry in trigger pull as the Super Select Fire (set to semi mode) used by U.S. Special Forces. Hell yeah, they trust their lives to the trigger.
Both ALG Defense triggers are based on mil-spec geometry. If you want to reduce incidents of friendly fire in a stressful situation, mil-spec geometry is the way to go for those fresh out of boot camp.
The SSA-E is almost a hair trigger, for veteran shooters.
Probably the best vid on firearm component info I've ever seen. All AR shooters wonder about triggers and the availability is so vast it's confusing. This breaks it down to where a brand new shooter would know which way to go for an upgrade. Well done, sir. Steve

Thank you sir, for a most excellent break down of the triggers and their differences. I have just now finished installing a SSA-E in a friends DPMS LR-308. Wow ! after using this trigger I am sure my home defense rifle will be either a SSA or the SSA-E. I do have a high speed service rifle trigger in my CMP rifle which I shoot at a club level. It is wonderfully clean and ultra reliable regardless of ammo used. Thanks again.
Great break down of the products and explaining what they're best suited for. I'm working on my first build now and I was told to check out the ALG ACT trigger then I found out they're local to me and Made in the USA and Pennsylvania.I like supporting local business and they make an awesome product line. Makes me want to drop more $ and get a 3gun or something.

I have an ALG ACT trigger and it is a great improvement to the standard trigger. Stupidly smooth, and crisp. Saving up for the SSA on my next rifle to blow my mind.

I have used these triggers for years and love them, but seeing this makes me feel even better about them. He really knows his stuff. Products like these are what happen when a smart engineer is in charge of the company instead of some marketing guy. Definitely consider the G2S if $200+ is too steep. I very much doubt you'll be disappointed.
