This will not fix everything but it is an ESSENTIAL STEP.
We serve alcohol in Canada and I have never seen anything like this in my 60 years.

Maybe there was more to it, but from what they showed, she was constantly being sarcastic and nasty. "Did I stutter?" "Do you need me to say it in Spanish?" That was unprofessional and uncalled for. Plus it did seem like the bag fit fine. And they apparently got on the plane, so it got worked out. Unless there was more we didn't see, she seemed like the jerk in this one...

It's protected free speech, that cop was ignorant. I know it's offensive, and I don't use that word, nor condone it, but it's protected under our 1st amendment. You really need to go back to school, and learn the basics of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, specifically in this instance, the 1st amendment. Even "hate speech" is legal. Threats are the only thing not covered under the 1st amendment.

I saw another longer video on the first racist Karen. She had purposely abandoned her luggage because she didn’t want to pay the overweight fee. Her suitcase weighed around 83 pounds or something ridiculous like that. So she just left it in the middle of the airport and walked off. And of course these days they can’t just assume it’s safe. There’s been too many terrorist incidents with abandoned luggage/knapsacks. Anyway, they went through it and got her name. And that’s when she came walking up. When people do that the airport should not have to absorb the fee. Not only should they ship it back COD but also with an extra charge for their trouble. And in her case, I’d slap a “stupidity” charge on it as well!

it all depends. if you get to the counter by the time they are close then you are late because of your fault but if you are within the check in time but they tell you it's overbooked and you can't get in that's the time they give you a voucher plus they rebook you for free.

I have sympathy for those who missed flights. Airlines mess up, all the time. After waiting 7 hrs for a flight, in which I had confirmed, was getting updates, I went to board and was told I was on the wrong flight. I had been stranded in Denver, and was headed home. The guy at the door was helpful, but the woman at the counter was awful. They again told me I had the wrong flight, and I had to point to my boarding pass to show that I was on the correct flight - to which they said, "oh". They were wrong, and I was panicked. Luckily, I got on.
Whoever that female officer was, Thank you so much! You don't reform racism and you don't have a courageous conversation. You punish it!

I used to love flying but in the last few yrs , its's become an ordeal to fly and the ppl act like they're on the bus. Fighting, arguing, scamming and just overall just makes travelling extra troublesome for the other customers. Things happen all the time with hundreds of ppl trying to get wherever , but dang its just disheartening sometimes.
Some of these "victims" are more obnoxious than the so-called perpetrators!
