Yes, dry fast means no food and no water. I did 3 days dry fast twice and it is literally a death and resurrection. I had to do it for a breakthrough and I was doing it while breastfeeding. When the Father empowers you, He will enable you to finish it. Powerful testimony btw. Praise Yah!

@@JDMilner hey brother! Glad to hear it. Day 30 it’s going great! God has been pointing out so many sins that I gave over to Him to boot out of my life. I thought I just had lust issues. Turns out I have many more problems than I can count 😂 thank God for grace and the Holy Ghost!

I need prayer I’ve gotten away from the Lord. I’m hanging on by a thread I should say. A lot of family members have died including just losing my sister and mom two weeks apart. They were my very best friends and prayer partner. My husband is an alcoholic, and he needs major deliverance. My oldest daughter is borderline anorexic, and has body dysphoria. I would really like to connect to you and your wife and have prayer sometime. ❤
Hi there! I know that your questions was not to me, but is there a way that you can start by reading the Bible? Like start in the new testament to read and learn about Jesus Christ love for us, also I would advise you to Google scriptures pertaining to your issues, write it down and meditate on them. If you can add fasting to doing it, its even more effective. You can start small, like 6-12 or 6-6 drinking only water and meditate on the word of God. Hope that this helps 🙏 so sorry for your loss. I am 5' 11". I honestly didn't record my weight because I wasn't too focused on that, but I did hop on the scale towards the end and it read 160. At the start I was probably about 195.
