you could also simply UV unwrapp everything together after the scaling is reset to 1 on all parts then they should automatic the same TD ;) that saves you also a lot of time and it is a trick that I use for years ^^

In the production, the Texel Density standard is not 1. Using you method mean restart from the beginning.

@@raventhc8847 I have not said that the density should be one, I mean the scaling of the Meshes should be reset to 1, so with using ctrl + a ^^
