do you like living in ny? im thinking about moving there.
I'm surprise that young new grad nurses in America are doing night shifts only (not common in Europe). How is it beneficial? You can learn so much on day shifts! Especially as young new grad.
Night easier so they start with that!
bc the nurses that have been there the longest have seniority and most of them want to work days especially if they have kids. so new grads have to work nights until a position on day shift opens up
@@bebeerin Thank you for answer. That's strange for me because we're doing 50/50 (days, nights) no matter how old we are or if somebody have kids. New nurse have same schedule of shifts as senior.
