For the Cake
â 250 g unsalted butter
â 250 g caster sugar
â 250 g self raising flour
â 5 medium eggs
â Zest of 2 lemons (or 2tsp lemon extract)
Drizzle
â 75 ml lemon juice
â 75 g caster sugar
Decoration
â 50 g icing sugar
â 1-2 tsps lemon juice
â Lemon zest

I would say without a doubt that this is the best lemon drizzle recipe I have used. I certainly won't entertain any other anymore. I do use more lemon zest and lemon juice.... but that's just me. Everyone loves it. Thanks Jane đđ

So I tries the cake it was yummy only thing when I placed in a preheated oven the top got cooked but centre was uncooked so foiled wrapped for the centre to get done?
Hi Jane did u say in the video that if the eggs weigh 252 g than u donât want to use use 252 g so not sure what u mean ,as I thought if eggs are 252 g u would use same amount of flour sugar butter could u pls confirm this as I love ur recipes đđ€đ

im sorry but i cant take my eyes on the dirt or stain from your mixer. Not the first video which I spotted those dirt. Perhaps you can clean it..?
Itâs cleaned daily, the scratches and marks are from being used every day for a couple of years, perfectly normal to be a little marked with this much use đ
