Who wants to work in real estate business, just enter into it by joing an ordinary real state business. Work there and acquire experuence for future bright prospects. Investment in Pakiatan real estate is ghatay la soda in my opinion. Only for those who really want to build their houses. I think they will keep taxing on real estate
