Cops should be required to pay atleast a certain percentage of lawsuit settlements against them. Cops should be held accountable for NOT stopping fellow officers bad conduct.

Yea he had definitely better be collecting on that 3rd video! They are permitted to conduct them and request compliance but unless they determine something during the initial encounter and being asked if they are free to leave and do not wish to cooperate with the checkpoint, they are legally required to let them continue. Really its a big intimidation trick tactic knowing most people won't know their rights or have the nerve to decline to participate, and if they smell something, plain sight, or other behavioral aspects that would justify ras or pc in the time they arrive and request to be freely on their way, they cannot just stop and certainly IDENTIFY any person who passes on the public roadway!!! To actually believe you can void people's 4th amendment right because you organized a 4th amendment right violation party where a bunch of resources get to be wasted and be paid to oppress innocent civilians so you are safely away from dealing woth actual crimes and having to actually do something that could risk their safety. The ending result is exactly proof it was entirely illegal and now they know if they wanna claim they didnt already, but they'd absolutely do this to the next victims that decline to participate!

In the second video the auditor was, in fact, on the Naval base.. The building behind the cop is the Visitor Center. It is where visitors go to get a pass to enter the base. Across the street is the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and the Jacksonville USO.. Out on the main street (Highway 17) is static display of a Blue Angels F-18. Running alongside Highway 17 is a fence marking where the Base boundary is.. The auditor is standing nearly even with the entry gate for the base. He is standing on the base. All main gates for military installations are set back from the base boundaries for security purposes. This fool is lucky he wasn't gang tackled and thrown in the base brig. Go to Google Maps and look for yourself.
I support those that actually film these audits, but I can't support the wannabes that try to profit from others' work. Post something that you create yourself.
That's sad I understand that you are an auditor and you don't like it when others profit off your videos you have every right to feel that way and I agree with you.. But to put down the others when these auditors ask these people to share their work to help the cause I can't agree with you. I don't know if it's jealousy or your inability to see the long term goal of the cause. I ask you to try and see the big picture
