My experience with battery powered lawn equipment was that it works fine for an average to small size yard. But you better have at least two batteries if you want to finish without having to stop and wait for charging. The biggest downside was after three seasons, the batteries had a noticeable drop in how long a charge lasted. After four seasons, they were garbage. Considering the cost of batteries, I just went back to gas.
Hey Mike, nice more definitely is but I will never go to an electric driven lawnmower. I have a gas walk behind and I’m very happy with it. I am old school anyway.

That sounds like the mower is definitely cutting the st Augustine grass even though it's thick
