Chef's Choice 615 Slicer

This is a Chef's Choice 615 Slicer. I have had it for several years and it had been a great little slicer. There is a weak point on this slicer and that is the part that the blade attaches to, it is made of plastic and can break if you tighten the retainer screw too tight. Very easy to clean and it is compact and a great overall slicer. Save money by slicing your own food.

Nice little machine. I've been looking at getting something like it for about a year now. Once I do, I'll ask myself why I didn't do so earlier.

You will like it. I did buy a smooth blade for it also. I think it came with serrated blade that works good. It is very easy to clean.
