There was plenty of time from when the bike got in front of him till the biker break checks, this is why you need to give room for people in front of you, it’s required by law just in case of emergencies… doesn’t mean that the biker didn’t cause the accident but I could have been avoided.

I drive a bike for the last 10 year. Biker need to remember that some people are as much crazy as us. Some of us drive at speed that is considered as crazy and more and more I seem to see the driver of car having the same mentality but about others when they are in their car. Like a truck that was being cut off by a semi and did not flinch and got completely pushed out the road. I saw that and thought that the guy was crazy for choosing to not back down over his own life. It really calmed my ego down and made me less emotional on the road. Better fight for another day than giving it up for free
