Those are some nice looking communities. Make sure there's a close fire station/resource if you are surrounded by trees otherwise you might not have affordable fire insurance. Big Fork is probably better for summer homes, empty nesters and retirees as the school ratings are middle to are not highly rated.

Bigfork is an awesome little town. Our son lives on 35 just past Yellow Bay. We love going into Bigfork when we visit.

I lived in Woods Bay for 17 years
Woods Bay is beautiful! It’s 10 minutes from my son’s house. He lives in the bear dance community.
Looks nice, but wow, those places aren't cheap.
There was an otter attack. On. The Jefferson Report River outside of Three Forks.
Too many people moving here. My Swan Highway home isn't near as quiet as it once was and liter is destroying our beautiful piece of heaven.
