The Undertaker missing that dive against Shawn Michaels was insane to watch live. Many people really thought he was hurt.
I think had he not been in possibly the best shape in his life he would’ve broken his neck.

Being a huge Undertaker fan, when I watched Mania 25 live, I just about jumped out of my skin when he landed headfirst on the floor
As the story goes with The Rock vs Kurt Angle, the finish was supposed to be the second Rock Bottom but Earl miscounted.
Yeah I think he just forgot about the rock bottom that happened way earlier in the match

Yeah and the fact that Adam called it a "so so rumble" is beyond silly. That was one of the greatest rumbles I've ever seen but hardly gets mentioned. So many highlights and moments that can't be forgotten.
Because Batista won. Batista was terrible. I don’t know why people thought he was good. He wasn’t. If he wasn’t botching, he was half assing every move making it look fake as hell. No suspension of disbelief for this guy 😂
Bad Blood 2005 , Batista vs HHH for the World Heavyweight Championship in one of the BLOODIEST Hell In A Cell matches in history . Watch it and rethink your argument .

Dont forget in the Shane vs Kurt match, Angle entered the match already concussed and injured his tailbone during the match.
I remember watching the match between Undertaker and Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 25 on PPV as it was happening. The moment Undertaker went for the dive and hit the camera man, I seriously believed we all just witnessed a man breaking his neck just by the snapping sound and the way he was angled when falling. Thankfully, it was just the camera being broken.
This feels like Kurt Angle's Top 10... pulling off a great match despite a botch list.
I'd also throw in The Power Trip vs Y2J and Benoit on Raw.
One of the best matches on RAW but also took HHH for a very long time
Despite the number of matches in this that featured Angle, the fact that not one of the major botches on this was Kurt's fault is honestly impressive.
Lita vs Trish Raw main event when Lita botched the suicide dive.
Golly 2001 was a cursed year... Rock/Angle, Van Dam/Hardy, Angle/McMahon, also... missing Austin/Hemsley vs Jericho/Benoit
I was hoping to see Rob Van Dam on the list in a fight he was in with the Dudleyz. He set up the table on one corner, launched from the other corner and came up short. His head smacked the table so hard he knocked himself out. But to end the match the Dudleyz picked his lifeless body up and went to 3D him through the table to win, only the table didn't break. So they did it again, finally breaking the table with an unconscious Van Dam to win. :D I forget what show it was on, but was on Raw or Smackdown through the Attitude Era.
I suggest you to show Taker's failed dive to anyone who tells you that wrestling is fake. Wouldn't wish that landing to my worst enemy.

Although it’s not a giant botch, I always wish Jeff Hardy had made his walk across the ladders in that TLC match. A minor whoops in an awesome match!
When watching that botch of the Undertaker landing head first, made me sick and I thought he literally killed himself. You can see the lump on the mat. I was so surprised to see Undertaker get up and keep on going
Big Paul will always a legend to me. His modern booking, him putting over young talent in the mania main events and his toughness to finish matches makes him the goat in my opinion. Who’s done everything better as long as him?

I'd throw TLC II at Mania X7 in the list and even though Jeff Hardy failed to walk across three ladders, these teams delivered and wows us more with other great spots.

With Hebner/Rock/Angle Hebner was told there would be 3 rock bottoms and that would be the finish, unfortunately he lost count and thought they only had done 2

Okay WHY is Kurt Angle on this list like all 10 times? Crazy! I literally thought Undertaker was going to die. I thought he was dead and was gonna lose the streak to count out! Insanely scary as hell. Every rewatch I cant stop staring at the legit DENT Taker's head put in the mat. Thank god he was okay bc I thought he could legit have died then and there... or maybe he is already dead Idk it was just scary
Kurt explained the botch with hebner and rock on his pod a few months ago the finish was supposed to be two rock bottoms then then the three count. They did one earlier in the match which earl forgot about so he thought the turnbuckle into the rock bottom was the first one and Kurt was supposed to kick out but it was actually supposed to be the finish so rock hit another rock bottom and told earl to count to damn 3

I would say The Undertaker vs Mankind in a Hell in a Cell match at King of the Ring 1998. While Mankind being thrown off the top of the cell was planned, him being chokeslammed through the roof of the cell, hitting the mat with a chair hitting his face was not.
That Taker dive didn't look as botched as the weird "leg lock" spot.

Also in Hbk/Taker, Michaels looks like he goes for a super kick and taker bumps to his back, Michaels then puts on a figure four. That has to be an oops
He was dodging the kick. It made perfect sense in the context of the match.
They had each other's numbers, so they had to throw surprises in. Counters to a counter.
Don't know this counts but Nia injured Rhea after her return resulting in Rhea not appearing on tv for 2 weeks. She let go of ropes during bonsai slam resulting in a minor injury

I'd suggest Owen v Austin at Summerslam 97. Until Owen dropped Austin on his head it was an absolutely fantastic match.
11:27.. Adam even says that the camera man was actually a wrestler who was supposed to catch Taker and Shawn had to throw him into place.. for all the people blaming Shawn or Taker for that spot not going right..

trish stratus and Lita should've had a face off in the first women's royal rumble match still doesn't make any sense as to why wwe didn't do that even though trish's feud with mickie james was also good.

A second question. Am I the only person who believes Reigns title run has been rendered meaningless by infrequent defenses that inevitably end with outside interference? I could forgive the first part if he won the matches himself, but having someone help each and every time just makes him look like a weak, paper champion, akin to how Rocky felt when told he hadn't been fighting top tier fighters during his reign.

The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels at Wrestlemania 25 is the most overrated match of all time and it's also not the greatest mania match of all time either. There 26 match was better and had higher stakes.
