The druid theme they used for Taker's WM XX return was amazing, I always thought it sounded far more sinister and haunting than the second one

Honorable mention - Ricky Steamboat at Mania 25. Him, Roddy Piper, and Snuka vs Chris Jericho. The latter two were fine but Steamboat turned back the clock for 8ish minutes was awesome.

The craziest part of the Hardy Boyz return is that they wrestled 2 ladder matches in less than 24 hours. Having wrestled the Bucks in Ladder War at Supercard of Honor the day before.

The pop for the Hardy’s from mania 33 was the loudest sounds I’ve ever heard…and I’ve seen Metallica and slayer in the first row for which I now prob have hearing loss
In fairness to The undertaker, he had said in an interview that he wanted his WrestleMania match with John Cena to be longer. Apparently both Vince and John sold him hard on it being a quick squash.

Supposedly Vince thought it was hilarious (bc Vince), I’m not sure about Cena though. I will say that as much as I love and respect Taker, he’s been a poor judge of his own physical condition in the past. He thought the tag match with DX at Crown Jewel was a good idea and that he could still go. We all know how that went. I’d imagine Cena didn’t want Taker to push his luck and end up getting gassed/having a repeat of last Mania and therefore ruin his image. They wanted this to be his last match so he didn’t feel like he had to keep coming back and hurting himself anymore. Clearly that didn’t work.
One of my favorite memories with my mom is seeing her pop when the hardys came back

Edge at Mania 37 night 2, Cody's return to WWE at Mania 38 night 1, the Hardyz at Mania 33, and Steve Austin at Mania 38 night 2 were some of the best Wrestlemania returns ever
I watched Wrestlemana 8 as a 10- year old live and I still hold it is one of the top 5 Wrestlemania endings ever.

I loved the match between John Cena and The Undertaker - and the match made total sense because of the lead up to the match where John Cena begged for a match for weeks - The Undertaker came out and went 'Okay you want a match, you can have a match' and then squashed Cena to 'teach' him a lesson.

According to The Godfather himself, the only reason he missed the cue at WrestleMania 8 is because he was waiting for someone to tell him to go at the right moment. So this wasn't his fault to begin with.
How awesome would it be if who ever is facing Gunther gets taken out before the match. Pierce comes out and announces we have a replacement. The returning BIG E! Ending Gunther’s reign! Allowing Gunther to move on to bigger titles! Respect for Gunther! I think that would rank up there with Cody defeating Roman.

I still remember people initially booing as The New Day being tag champions was getting really repetitive, then they as host announcing an extra duo gave “putting themselves in” vibes, only to the hardyz music sound and everyone going bananas

Cena vs Undertaker could've been one of the biggest Mania matches of all-time if it had happened 5-10 years earlier rather than a 3-minute squash when both were past their primes.

i always loved owen hart and yoko as a team. they were a great mix of talents
Owen had the speed and technical expertise, and Yoko had the size.

Taker looks so silly at Mania 20 when you go back and watch It now lol. Hat too big, pants were baggy but tied really tied around the waist. He improved his look tenfold over the next couple of months.
