@CR Gurukul i got selected for medical scribing in cognizant position is "senior process executive -virtual medical scribe", i cleared all rounds but mere offer letter mein mention kiye hai job designation as "senior process executive -voice"..and they are not ready to change it..hr says as it's virtual it's called voice...i have already a good experience of 7 years as a pharmacist..what i should do regarding this offer
Hello, thank you for your comment. It is completely ok because different organizations name the designation according to their policies. For example, some companies mention the designation as "Medical scribe" while some may mention it as "Clinical documentation specialist," or some may mention it as "Health Admin Services Associate". It is just different names but the work is the same. I do not think there is any harm in accepting the offer because Cognizant is a good company.
