We are back with the Evan's family home for the last time today, we only have 2 bedrooms to furnish! I'll be back tomorrow to start the final build for this lot!

Elephant figurines placed inside the front door, near the home's entrance, have two meanings. An elephant statue in the foyer facing away from the door brings luck into the home. An elephant facing toward protects the house. It guards your home against all sorts of negative energy.

@@DevonBumpkin I had to look it up because I always put mine facing away from the front door to bring good luck in =) I have warding spells for the negative spirits... LOL
Maybe behind the bakery if there is a room for a small laundromat for the sims since you weren't able to have room in the kitchens for them.

A suggestion for the kids' room, maybe use the nightlight "regular ol' night light" from Parenthood, since it has a moon and clouds, and for the lamp on the dresser why not the Cute Critter Light since it has a fox and I feel like it would add more to the whole nature aspect for the room. But those are just ideas, overall I love the houses all having their own character/personality of the people who live there.

Lovely house. The kids room reminds me of using tester pots and painting dinosaurs on my son Aiden's bedroom walls when he was little. Thank you for that trip fown memory lane ❤

I think you missed a toddler potty but I really like the whole vibe so far.
In terms of "facing the door", I vaguely recall reading it's bad feng shui to have your bed positioned so that your feet point directly at the door in your bedroom. That sticks with me, as I did that once, and I had nightmares every night until I repositioned my bed.
this is true... feet should not face doors, windows or closets.... =) also bad feng shui to have a mirror where you can see yourself in bed
