Also, this deck looks a lot more difficult to pilot than I thought. This build seems more resilient than most I've seen.
I like how its just accepted that genex won war of the worthless even though no they lost to meklord in the finals because they put up such a good showing lol.
With the reveal of Terminal World, I knew Genex would get the shot in the arm they needed so badly, granted, it's not in the form of backrow, but it does grant a more consistent playstyle

This is unironically my fav support any deck has received in a while. Never did I think I would see the day that genex, the meme deck that was once touted as the worst in the entire game, would have not only consistent plays, but extremely powerful ones at that. Does it fold to a strong breeze? Sure, but that doesn’t make it less funny. I might have to pick the deck up on principle at this point 😂😂

This was great! I love Genex ever since the original Legacy of the Worthless video. There was always something so charming about the archetypes design from visuals to what should have been this crazy synchro spamming archetype and to finally see it fully realized is, in a weird way, nostalgic.

Yes and no, it makes the deck run well, namely the R-Genex search spam and Birdman, but it isn’t like Spyral where old cards all come together with the new support, you get this Link impermed and you lose. Still, it’s better than any anything Genex could have asked for.

Is it me or do I see it as the literal definition of poetic justice that the worst archetype in yugioh (besides several of their cards) gets the most busted support after 14/15 years w/ cards like A LINK 1(as long as it’s not negated and on the field) CAN LET YOU HAVE INFINITE NORMAL SUMMONS & SEARCHES (w/ the elemental genexs that search when summon) AND A NEW BOSS MONSTER THAT CAN THEORETICALLY NEGATE MONSTER EFFECTS 6 TIMES IN ONE TURN!
We possibly might get more new support in the form of retrains for more main and synchro retrains! This is the greatest time to be in yugioh ever!

@@alexferrer1644You know this archtype is literally featured on Rata's Legacy of the Worthless making it a fan favorite afterwards. Nobody knows what Genex can do before,. not until that time someone showed it's true potential on his mini tournament.
Not a big fan of the new version of the deck. Sure it's not unplayable garbage anymore, but it's like Synchron or Six Samurai in the fact that it either gets the Link -1 negated and autoloses or plays solitaire for 10 minutes and wins. But I guess this was the only way the archetype could be ever salvaged
It became one of the best decks, and that link monster is amazing 👏❤

And yet no Thunder Dragon or Predaplant or Mermail support 💀 So many almost-viable decks are being left behind.
