Backstory of this scene: Ed invited her to a friend's wedding, that he will be a part of. She obliged going at this point as firends, and he offered to either get two rooms or one room with two beds. She said one room with two beds was okay. Then, on the way, the hotel conveniently calls and says "due to maintenance, no two bed queens are available, is one king bed okay?" And Liz had stepped out of the car for fresh air, leaving Ed to have to make a snap decision. He took the room. She was suspicious he somehow had something to do with the phone call, but said it was fine. Hence at the beginning of this scene, Ed is unsure of whether he will actually get to stay in the bed, but is hopeful and giddy and weird about it because, well, it's Ed.

She agreed (can't remember why, I think after begging and harassing don't quote me on that), hence why she looks so uncomfortable at first. She ended up falling for this humpty dumpty troll later on, so sad, she can do so much better.
So why did she allow herself to do it? I know itâs a hard pressure from TLC but still she could just run away from Ed the creep..

He does have an actual medical condition that causes that, he isn't alone. I am not sticking up for Ed specifically but there are other people who have this and are living in hell because of it, we should recognize that and not make people feel worse than they already do about medical conditions that they cannot help. There are several serious reasons to criticize Ed like him being a cringey perverted predator, he has lots of character flaws like being selfish, controlling, manipulative and seeming weird with his daughter, you don't really need to take a low blow at a medical condition
