I Left Islam & Became Christian BECAUSE I WAS SHIA??

  • I've been getting a lot of comments from Sunni Muslims who say I left Islam and became a Christian because I used to be a Shia Muslim and not a Sunni Muslim. Most, if not all, Sunnis consider Shias as heretics and not true Muslims because of the reasons given in this video, and since I used to be a Shia before, Sunnis accuse me of not knowing what true Islam is. They say, "Had he been a Sunni before, he would not have left Islam". ....So I decided to make a short video addressing some of these comments.
The point of this video is not to offend Shias or Sunnis but to bring them to some understanding that it really doesn't matter who you are or were, God can save anyone regardless of your background. So whether I was Shia or Sunni or anything else before, the truth is God reveals Himself to all sorts of people and then those people become His.
Like it says in 1 Corinthians 6 verses 9-11, whether you were a fornicator, a thief, a drunkard, a homosexual, or an IDOLATER which is where Shias, Sunnis, Atheists, and many more fall under, God CAN STILL bring you out of that idolatry and cleanse, sanctify, and justify you by the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of God. Thank God He made a Way for us to be reconciled to Him!

    Salam Alaykom.
I extend an open challenge to the brother who is running this channel to an open and honest discussion either right here or on my own channel. I hate to call it a "debate" because I don't want to imply any sort of negative vibes or enmity in the challenge. Assuming that you are being honest about once being a Muslim, may I ask what were the main reasons for leaving Islam?
And what did you find in Christianity that makes more sense than Islam, and in what way?
I hope that you will accept this invitation. And please don't tell me to 'go watch x or y video", I wish this to be a raw and natural discussion.
    Peace and love!

Thank you for posting videos like these. I am a lifelong Christian and grew up in a Christian home. Recently I wanted to start learning about the Muslim faith, just to see what was different and possibly what was similar with Christianity. Thank you for sharing, it gives me a good place to start. GOD bless.

    • @ninaballerina2807
      @ninaballerina2807 Před 9 měsíci

You are not a lifelong Christian just because you are born and raised in a Christian home. God clearly teaches: Flesh gives birth to flesh, and flesh counts for nothing. Refer Jn 3:6 & Jn 6:63. And, as Hossein here has rightly quoted from Jn 1:13, children of God are not born of natural descent or a husband's will - but born, or rather Born Again, of God by the cumulative Work of the Spirit, Word and Blood of God, made possible to mankind, I.e., the fallen human race, through Jesus Christ, (Jn 3:5-7). The name 'Christian' means one who has Christ in him, and the name was coined by the world or outsiders and given to those who amidst them stood out for living in the holy Way of Christ (Acts 11:26b & Acts 9:2b).
Perhaps now you'll begin to see why the Lord has forewarned that not everyone who says to Him, 'Lord, Lord' will enter His holy Kingdom for He will most certainly expose them for their sins and reject them as evildoers (eg. Matt 7:21-23).
Next, there is absolutely no similarity between Christianity and Islam. In fact Islam was contrived to OPPOSE Christ and Christianity. Islam's founder Mohammed did so by relegating the Lord as a mere prophet in order that he may hoist his accursed self on par with him.
      So, ask yourself the following:
      1. Where does one even begin to compare Mohammed with the Lord when the fact is that the Lord is the ONLY ONE to have come NOT BORN of the cursed seed of the fallen man - so that, perfectly in keeping with the prophesied Sign 'virgin with Child' clearly NOT EVEN THE WOMAN had a role in His holy conception, her role being merely to offer her womb for His surrogacy - thus the ONLY ONE to have gone on to prove neither Sin nor Death have any power over Him? Mohammed, on the other hand, just like the rest of mankind, was born of the cursed seed of the fallen man and irrefutably EXPOSED in his fallen first father's accursed legacy of Sin, Depravity, Degeneration and Death.
      2. Why would one then trust a false prophet who cannot even distinguish between God and Man? Worse still, the false prophet who cannot even distinguish between God and Satan? One who therefore worshiped Satan and misled his followers to do likewise on the pretext of monotheism, conveniently ignoring the fact that Satan is also ONE?
      3. Why would one obey the false prophet who misleads them into bowing down to Gates of Hell and lifting their bottoms instead Heavenward as an act of 'prayer'?
      4. Why would one seek God through this false prophet who introduces a false god 'allah' the non-entity whom no one knows, not even his accursed self so that he was entirely dependent on a jin/evil spirit to hear from?
      5. Why would one believe this false prophet who rejects the Absolute, Infallible & Irrefutable Word of God and instead introduces what has since come to be known as QURAN - which not surprisingly by its very name testifies against itself: the Questioning RUN from it? Exactly as the Lord had faithfully forewarned against all such abominations - eg. Jn 10:4-5?
These are just 5 of the very basic questions one ought to address in the face of the abomination called Islam. Answer them in all sincerity and you will know just what to do.

brother I just watched your first video on the page (100% proof that sunni Muslims are misguided).
firstly brother, I just want to make sure that the things I say do not offend and if they do by Allah I'm sorry and apologize now.
secondly, there is no proof at all that show us sunnis being misguided at all... us sunnis love ali (ra) you took sources of the sunni hadiths which mention that we have to love ali (ra), you're portraying sunnis as if they hate/dislike ali (ra).
lastly, the talker in the video says 'why should we not mention him, why should we not live like him (ali ra).' that's where the shia believe takes its wrong turn. shias see ali (ra) as someone more important than Mohammed (saw). why should people take ali (ra) as their idol when Mohammed (saw) was the best man to ever walk on earth ?

Without Grace, none can be born again, so even those who have heard God's Word will run from it and try their best to not understand it because they have not been drawn by the Father and given to the Son, our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus. He alone saves to the uttermost those who draw near through Him.
I pray all Muslims who read this attempt to learn what we as Christians truly believe rather than what you are told that we believe just as I didn't take fellow brethren at their word when they tried to tell me what all Muslims believe as I know there are different sects and obviously different beliefs in Islam, so I study them for myself to learn more about your beliefs so I can better share the Gospel with you.

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

The death of Christ on the cross was the sacrifice to end all sacrifices. Jesus is was the visual image of the invisible God. He died a death we deserve willingly subjecting Himself to a creation that He created. In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The Word became flesh and dwelled among us. The Word=Jesus. Jesus' death is beyond comparison to anything ever but even greater was His resurrection from death. No Imam has ever resurrected. Muhammad is still in the grave. Jesus is greater. There is no greater name than the name of Jesus.

The most hypocritical people I have ever met were muslims. It seems to be an usual and normal thing among muslims to be hypocritical.
For those who don't believe that people form the "real" islam are leaving it and/or convert to Christianity. My family have a sunni background. And indeed, my uncle and I - we are Christians now. A few of my aunties with their families left islam for Zoroastrianism. A few others from my family stoped being religious, so they are rather agnostics/atheists now.
One amazing thing that I have just recently learned of - obviously it was a kind of a taboo in a our sunni family and thus why it hasn't been spoken about. My grand-grand father which name by the way was Muhammad used to go to a church rather than mosque. So I guess he must have "unofficially"/rather secretly converted to Christianity although "officially" he was still classed as a muslim.

I'm really questioning whether this guy was even a knowledgeable Shia, I doubt that he has read much of the Imams' speeches/sermons and even their debates with other non-Muslims. The Imams' sermons are among the most beautiful things I've read in Arabic literature. One of the Imams, Imam al-Saddiq, taught a school with thousands of scholars from all around the Caliphate, and among his students was the renown scholar Jabir ibn Hayyan, who is the father of chemistry. In many occasions the Imams have boldly stated that their knowledge is divine, and there was not a single occasion where they struggled to answer a question. At the age of 12, Imam al-Jawad was invited to the caliph's court, in an attempt to embarrass him the caliph brought his best intellects to ask the Imam difficult questions, the Imam answered all the questions effortlessly and the caliph was the one to be embarrassed (this is a well documented story in both Shia and Sunni doctrines). It's quite perplexing to me how this guy, who was a Shia, managed to overlook all the sermons and beautiful teachings of the Imams to claim that Islam is all rubbish.

You are an inspiration! My father is a Shia Moslem from Iran. My mom is Christian and I was raised Protestant and have converted to Catholicism. My dad told me he believed Jesus was the Son of God but then he continued to believe Mohammad was a prophet.
One day I told him he needed to stop following a false prophet as the existence of Mohammad is actually in opposition to the idea that Jesus was the Son of God and he was sent to die for our sins as a final act. No other prophets would come after him. My dad told me "if you say that about Mohammad, you will invite Satan into our home." My response was "no he would."
Later that day my dad became possessed by a demon or djinn as he would call it. Following Mohammad is very dangerous spiritually and is a denial of Christ. It can lead to possession for anyone. I am glad you saw the light, I fear my father never will 🙏🙏🙏

@@rajababy2009 I know that the Trinity is a doctrine often mocked, for various reasons, by Muslims, generally because they have not understood it, but admittedly it is a difficult concept. Without trying to give a full apologetic for the doctrine, I will simply point out that according to Christian doctrines of the Trinity and the incarnation, it was not simply that God accepted some random innocent man in the place of the felon; instead, he substituted himself to pay the penalty for our sins.
Contrast this with two key Islamic doctrines 1) that Allah did not allow Jesus to die on the cross but instead DECEIVED ALL WHO SAW IT TO CAUSE THEM TO THINK THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED (what purpose could this possibly serve?), and in fact, according to many Muslims, Allah, DID put someone else in the place of Jesus to suffer and die (I know others think something else happened) 2) Allah in Islam is arbitrary. He extends mercy because he feels like it, or chooses not to, because he doesn't feel like it. Yahweh, on the other hand, is perfect in holiness, perfect in justice, and perfect in love. His justice and holiness will not allow sin to go unpunished. His love will not allow him to see his children lack a way to him.

Hi Hossein, I am a Shia Muslim. And it doesn't surprise me the comments that you have received from Sunni Muslims. But the complete lack of evidence in their comments is astounding. I have heard of far more Sunni converting to Christianity than Shia. CZcams is full of Ex-Sunni Christians. They are either ignorant of this, or deliberately glossing over these clear facts. You seem like a reasonable, soft-hearted and highly intelligent person. What surprises me is the motivation of you converting from Shia Islam, to Christianity. I have seen some of your other videos, and you mention you converted in 2007 initially sparked from a phone conversation with a Christian lady. You also mentioned in your testimony that you spoke firstly with your parents then with a Sheikh. The Sheikh got frustrated with your questioning, and half threatened that if you were back in Iraq you would be killed already. In your testimony you claimed that Sunni and Shia have the same view of Apostasy in Islam - i.e. killing apostates. That could not be further from the truth. In Shia Islam you do not kill apostates, the capital punishment is only for individuals who after becoming Apostate reveal secrets of the state (i.e. a spy who becomes a double agent - this is what is meant by the Quranic Ayahs referring to this). This law shouldn't be surprising because its the same law in many countries on this planet. Many in the US congress want to seek the death penalty for Edward Snowden - (although I believe this is unjust, as he revealed secrets of the state showing some dangerous habits of his own Government - but this is a comparable example). In Shia Islam, someone who simply converts to another religion there is no death penalty at all for this change of faith. So I have no idea what kind of sheikh you met to have given you such a strange answer.... In Islamic history (this part accepted by BOTH Sunni And Shia) - the Treaty of Hudaybiyya proves that apostates in Islam do not have the capital punishment. The treaty that was agreed with the Meccans agreed that if a Muslims were to convert back to paganism he should be allowed to freely join the pagans etc. If capital punishment was prescribed to ALL people who leave Islam, then why did the Prophet (saw) ever agree to this? These are important points to consider.
Also in your Testimony in past videos, you were moved by Jesus's words "love thy enemy". If you have ever studied Shia Islam, you would see it littered by examples of this kind of love. The statements in the Quran, which many non Muslims like to use to "prove" this point is where Allah says "Allah does not love the disbelievers" or Allah does not love people who do bad things etc. Does this mean Allah does not love them at all??? No - it has nothing to do with that - these are referring to attributes of humanity that he does not love. If he didn't love all his creation, they would not be in existence. this is absurd to say God does not love a certain person at all. The blessings he gives to us ALL (Muslim and non Muslim alike) are boundless.
There is one example where one of the 12 Imams was encountered by a man new to the City. This may had heard many bad things about the Imam (the propaganda of the ruling elite in Islam since the Time on Mua'wiya encouraged the cursing Of Imam Ali and this trend extended with the rulership of the Bani Abbas). Anyhow, This man asked the Imam (as) his name, and when he realised who he was, the man started cursing the Imam (as) and slandering him, and abusing him with all manner of insults. The imam (as) patiently listened, and when the man ran out of steam, the Imam (as) calmly said "you look like you are a stranger in town, is there anything I can do to help you".... The Man was shocked. and completely changed his Opinion.
Another example of the top of my head - Karbala this time. When one of Imam Hussein's (as) main enemies - Al-Hurr ibn Yazid al Tamimi - who was one of the Generals who had diverted Imam Hussein (as) - when Hurr asked for forgiveness, was Hussein (as) upset or angry at his past actions? No, not at all, he accepted him like an old friend - total utter forgiveness without a hint of malice.
Shia Islam is showered with example upon example of our Imam's showing love of humanity regardless of race or religion. Imam Ali has a famous statement that the ex secretary general of the united nations Kofi Annan placed in a Plaque in the UN headquarters. The saying? - Imam Ali says "People are of two types, They are either your brothers in faith, or your equals in humanity"....
Disregard the ridiculous history gained from books like Tabari, Ibn Ishaq, Bukhari et al. You did say in your video, that Shia sometimes use and accept Sunni sources - Hadith when it suits them... not true at all. We use their sources to prove our point of view, it does not mean that we accept the source in general. Some truth obviously will filter into those books.
Although it appears you are happy being a Christian, and that is fine, I would encourage you to at least re-examine (if only for your own intellectual development) to study Shia Islam again. Learn about the 14 infallibles. Read Bibi Fatima (as) powerful Fadak Speech.Anyway, I wish you wellTake care

Arabs don't have a god or Ibrahim. For starters it's Abraham. The only place in the middle Eastern world that worshipped god HISTORICALLY SPEAKING is Israel. Judaism has been around for 4500 years. Arabs for the 3000 years worshipped they're own pagan gods as well as the gods of Mesopotamia and Babylon. Mainly that of dagon. Muhammad twisted ancient Arabic pagan religion. Islam is only 1400 yrs old. All the prophets died long before Muhammad existed. The only artifacts of both Christianity and Judaism deny Muhammads claims he made in the Qur'an. Historically SPEAKING, the original texts to Muhammad Qur'an weren't fully accepted because In short, t j eyes were considered loony.

Historically SPEAKING your god hates humans, if you didnt do as you're told al-manat, the ancient Arabic goddess of death would have started a war. But this is what you serve?

Reply to anti-Shia Nonsense -part C
All this is very revealing, as is the following rebuke to Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr from Mu'awiyah:
"It was your father (i.e. Abu Bakr) who paved for him what he paved, building his domain. If our condition (i.e. the Umayyads) is sound, your father is the first to receive credit for it, but if it is oppression, then your father went to extremes in oppressing, and we all are his accomplices. It was his guidance that we followed and whose conduct we emulated. Had it not been for what your father had done, we would not have disputed with the son of Abu Talib (i.e. Imam Ali), and we would have surrendered to him. But we found your father doing so before us; therefore, we followed his example and emulated his deeds. Find fault with your father then for what he did...."
To suggest, as some have taken to do, that the Ahlul Bayt were related to Umar and Abu Bakr is again sheer nonsense and designed to elevate the position of these two by propagating a huge lie! This claim defies known and accepted Islamic history, which states that the Ahlul Bayt are the progeny of the Prophet through his daugther Hz. Fatimah and Imam Ali. To think otherwise is just nonsense. Ibn Hajar al-Asqalaani, a known naasibi Sunni, says the following in his exegesis of the Quranic verse known as al-Aayat-ut-Tatheer (The Purification verse) of Sura al-Ahzaab, verse 33 (الأحزاب: ٣٣):
The ulemaa' of Ahl-e-Sunnah say that many Ahl-e-Sunnah scholars go with the opinion that Aayat-ut-Tatheer is specific for the Ashaab-ul-Kisaa' and they are the Ahl-ul-Bayt. Ibn Hajar al-'Aslqalaani in his book" as-sawaa'iq al-muriqah" states that the majority of the mufassireen are on that it (i.e. Aayt-ut-Tatheer) was revealed for Ali, Faitmah. al-Hasan and al-Husain.
And God said: “And Allah only wishes to remove all abomination from you, ye Members of the Family, and to make you pure and spotless. (Surah al-Ahzab, verse 33)”. Most of the mufassireen state that it was revealed for Ali, Fatimah, al-Hasan and al-Husain because of the male pronoun ' ankum (عنكم)."
    [[ As-Sawaa'iq al-Muriqah pg. 199, by Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalaani]]
Beacuse this verse was placed within that the one that states what beahviour is expected from the wives of the Prophet, some have assumed that the Purification Verse is concerning them. But it is not as al-Asqalaani explains and it is obviously wrong to say that it concerns the wives of the Prophet, as some continue to do, from the point of Classical Arabic grammar which has not changed in 1400 years! The pronoun 'ankum (عنكم) in (verse 33 , surah al-Ahzaab الأحزاب) at two places ('ankum عَنْكُمُ and yutahharakum يُطَهِّرَكُمْ ) gives it away who this aayat was meant for. The pronoun kum (كم) is always used for either a group of males only or a mix company of males and females. Never for an all female gathering, in that case the pronoun kunna would be used. Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalaani and others have made it very clear that the use of the kum (كم) pronoun in this verse eliminates the wives and concerns only the Prophet's immediate family, i.e, Ali, Fatimah, al-Hasan and al-Husain.
... and if anyone says the Shi'a have nothing to do with the Ahl-ul-Bayt then he/she needs to have their head examined!
Additionally. some say that one should follow the mazhab (sect) of the majority! Really! Then all you Maalikis, Humbalis and Shaafi'is abandon your mazaahib and follow the Hanafi mazhab which has become the majority for demographic and purely political reasons as it spread to Central and South Asia, home to huge populations, and propagated no less by Turks from Central Asia who chose it as it:
    1) Allowed any Tom, Dick and Harry to assume the leadership of the Muslims by any means (!), possession of religious knowledge was not one of them!
2)Central Asian Turks, who were then following a kind of shamanism, loved their fermented drink! The Hanafi mazhab allowed that initially in some form because Abu Hanifah allowed it! (groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/soc.religion.islam/-OLPwSi6XxY)
His later followers changed their mind but the point remained disputed and the converted Turks retained their drinking habits. Historically this is well established when you read the histories of Central Asian dynasties.

I am a Shia Muslim and I don't hate any ignorant human being but I hate ignorance.
*Prophet Mohammed (S) Debate with Christians.*
The Prophet (S) then turned towards Christians and started debate…
The Prophet (S) said: “You say that the qadeem [eternally pre-existent] God united with His son Messiah [Jesus, Prophet Isa (as)]. So, in other words, you are implying that qadeem (God, eternally pre-existent) became haadith (something with a beginning) because of a haadith [Prophet Isa (as)] and so haadith [Prophet Isa (as)] became qadeem, just like God is. [means that an eternal being became contingent and the contingent became eternal].4
Or maybe what you mean by ‘God united with His son’ is that God specially blessed him and did not bless anyone with the same dignity and respect. So, if by this you meant that qadeem God became haadith, then you are completely wrong. This is because it is impossible for a qadeem [eternally pre-existent] to become haadith through some revolutionary means. And if you say that haadith became qadeem then this is also incorrect because, just like how a qadeem cannot become haadith, a haadith cannot become qadeem.
And if by ‘unity’ you mean that God specially chose him for Himself and from among all His servants only chose Prophet Isa (as) for this dignity, then this means that you have admitted on hudooth5 (coming into existence) of Prophet Isa (as) for which God united with him. Because when Prophet Isa (as) became haadith [came into existence] and then God united with him, it means that he acquired ‘characteristics’ by which he became superior to all the creatures, then Prophet Isa (as) and the new ‘characteristics’ are both haadith. And this goes against all that you have said so far.”
The Christians replied: ‘Oh Muhammad! When God placed great miracles [which the whole world knows] on Prophet Isa’s (as) hands, then He made Jesus His son to dignify and glorify him.’
The Prophet (S) said: “You just heard what I said to the Jews on this topic.” [And then the Prophet (S) repeated his conservation with Jews].” [Please see debate of Prophet (S) with Jews]
After listening to Prophet’s arguments, everyone was silent. However, one person from among them came forward and said: ‘Oh Muhammad! Do you not say that Abraham [Prophet Ibrahim (as)] is the Khalil of God?’
The Prophet (S) replied: “Yes, we say that.”
The Christian man said: ‘If Ibrahim (as) can be the ‘Khalil of God’, then why do you stop us from saying that Jesus is the ‘son of God’?’
The Prophet (S) replied: “These two things are not similar, because when we say Ibrahim (as) is the Khalil of God, we mean something different. In reality, the word Khalil derives from khillat and khillat means ‘needliness and poverty’. So, he is called Khalil because he only needed God and he was totally cutoff from everything of the world, he only trusted God and only asked Him in time of need. And his story is that when his enemies decided to throw him in the fire and placed him on the catapult, God sent angel Gabriel [Jibreel] towards him and told Jibreel, “Go and help My servant.” Jibreel went to Ibrahim (as) and met him in air [while he was thrown towards fire] and told him, “Tell me what you want. God has sent me to help you.”
Ibrahim (as) answered by saying, “No, I do not need your help. God is enough for me and I trust only Him. I will never ask anyone but Him. If I need anything, I will only ask Him.” So, God called him Khalil, which means someone who is only needy of God, only depends on Him and is disconnected from everything other than Him and asking God only in time of his need. And if the meaning of khillat is taken as secrets then it means that he knew those secrets of God that no one else did, then Khalil would mean ‘Knowledgeable of God’ and ‘Knowledgeable of His divine affairs’ and on this basis, you cannot compare God to His creatures.
Can you not see that when there is no need towards Him, then he cannot be Khalil and similarly, if the knowledge of His secrets does not exist, then he is again not a Khalil? But if a person has a son and he insults him or rejects his son, even then he cannot take him out of his fatherhood because birth is a reality. In addition, if God’s said ‘Ibrahim (as) is My Khalil’ based on this, it is incumbent upon you to call Prophet Isa (as) His son, then it is also incumbent upon you to call Musa His son because he performed strange miracles that were different from those of Prophet Isa (as). Then, you will also have to say that Musa (as) is His son and just like I told the Jews, you can also call Musa (as) His leader, uncle, boss and master.”
After hearing this, the Christians started saying to each other that it is written in the Holy Bible that Jesus said: ‘Go towards my and your Father.’
The Prophet (S) said: “If you practice what is written in this book [Bible, Injeel] and if it says, ‘Go towards my and your Father,’ then you will also have to say that all of those people to whom Prophet Isa (as) was speaking to when he said this [sentence] are also God’s sons and they were all God’s sons on the same basis as Prophet Isa (as) was God’s son. And this quote from this book [Bible] falsifies your claim because you consider Prophet Isa (as) as the son of God due to his special position and proximity to Him. Just now, you said that we call Prophet Isa (as) son of God because of his special status that God has exclusively given him and not anyone else.
And you are also aware of the fact that this special attribute was only possessed by Prophet Isa (as) and not the ones to whom Prophet Isa (as) said: ‘Go towards my and your Father.’ Thus, this claim of yours that God made Prophet Isa (as) His son because of his special attribute is falsified because ‘being a son of God’ is also proved for those who did not possess any special status. And is it not possible that you made a wrong interpretation and explanation of Prophet Isa’s (as) quote and made a mistake in understanding it? Because when he said: ‘Go towards my and your Father’ he might not have meant what you think. However, it is quite possible that he meant go towards your father [Adam or Noah (as)] and very soon, God will ascend me towards them and gather me with them and ‘Adam (as) is my father, as well as yours.’ Similarly, ‘Noah (as) is my father and also your father’ [Noah (as) is also called the second Adam (as)] and it is possible that there might be another meaning to what he said which you cannot comprehend.”
Upon hearing this, all the Christians were silent and said: ‘We have never seen anyone [like Prophet Muhammad (S)] who debates like this and we want to think over our matters.’

Pilgrims progress is good...but you should definitely read Romans.
It says we are saved completely by grace, through faith in Jesus and not at all by works. Because of faith we are made righteous, and there is no condemnation through those who are in Christ. As in, you don't have to feel bad about any sin you commit because it's completely covered by the blood of Jesus. don't feel bad about anything you do and as you grow in your relationship with God you will stop cussing and getting angry etc because you'll be made into a new person, not because you're trying to stop through your own strength. I hoped this helped, God bless you.

Courtney Riane Thank you, Hon. I agree about Romans. Actually praise Jesus today I watched a video 1nemind did a while back called "If you love Me you will keep My Commandments" (pt 1 &2). I have been a Christian for a long time and have struggled so much over grace. I was raised a JW so I am still trying to come out from under some of that thinking. These 2 videos Hossein did were the best, most easily understood, clear cut videos on this. I did pray before watching, I asked God for discernment and that if this was right or wrong to press it upon my heart strongly either way. Well near the end I was crying tears of relief and gratitude because I finally saw it so clearly the way Hossein showed it. How was there ever any confusion? I have since felt such intense peace. I prayed and just could not stop thanking God for His mercy on me. I will still check that book out, but I am in awe tonight of how amazing our Lord is and how much He truly listens to us and loves us. This peace of truly knowing, is something I have not fully experienced before. I just can't stop thanking Him. God bless you and the others for your help. God is good and one day I will give you guys a big hug and tell you thank you for taking the time. :)

@@ShiaNoorAhlBayt Jesus promised us eternal life if we repent of our sins and trust and believe in Him as our Savior. One year ago He changed my life completely, I’ve never felt so much joy and peace. He is the way , the truth, and the life. I pray you find Jesus ❤️God bless you

hey, I am willing to convert to Christianity if you can answer this question. If you're God "jesus" is so powerful and almighty then how did the people kill him on the cross? that seems pretty weak to me...

    • @gerrygwag
      @gerrygwag Před 7 lety +1

      You just don't get it.
A: You have no concept of the trinity. Look at ice, water and steam. The same thing, H2O, but in different states/forms.
B: His death was the last great sacrifice so that WE may live. Ok, if you had/have a son, daughter or whatever in some mortal danger, would you risk certain death to save them?
Ok, I answered one question and I hope cleared up a common misunderstanding.
      How soon are you converting?

    • @alirezapq4214
      @alirezapq4214 Před 7 lety +1

Gerry Grieve concept of God shouldn't be so complicated like H2O lol. And I think ur confusing the great sacrifice with abrahams sacrifice ? Cause that was a real sacrifice. If jesus was our sacrifice doesn't mean ur "god" needs a sacrifice to forgive sins ? If ur "god" is so powerful why would he let himself die? doesn't it sound stupid? if jesus was god then how come he prayed? did he pray to him self? or for him self? if jesus was god then why didnt he knew there was fruit on the tree or not?

It seems you miss the point of the trinity.
You also miss the point of the Crucifixion.
If you're a moozlum I can understand so, piss be upon you and you prophet,

    • @alirezapq4214
      @alirezapq4214 Před 7 lety +4

Gerry Grieve why should i convert to christianity when christianity is full of people like you. "piss be upon you and you prophet" you clearly don't follow teachings of jesus. Before inviting people to you're religion, at least follow the teachings of you're religion...

    • @gerrygwag
      @gerrygwag Před 7 lety +2

      ALIREZA PQ
A: I never asked you to convert.
B: I don't want you to convert. Many who convert revert back anyway.
C: TOO many of those who convert become fanatics. Fanatics are dangerous and could well kill us all.
D: Why would I ask a person from a flawed faith to convert to a faith with flaws.
E: I explained the trinity but it was far too difficult for you to understand. OR, possibly you faith prevents you from trying to understand out of fear of hell fire. We had that problem around the start of the Protestant Reformation but we out grew it. Islam cannot reform.
Our faith and cultures are so different we are best to leave each other alone.

I was a Sunni. Then I started studying Christianity and attending different churches but I couldn't accept Christianity because I saw no direct link between God and ANY CHURCH of ANY Christian cult. Then when I bumped into a Shia, I immediately fell I love with what my instincts told me about it from the truth explained via my human nature.

To answer the question "why are Shia still allowed into Mecca?":
Not every Shia possesses the same beliefs - in fact many are considered ignorant of finer points which would take them outside of the fold of Islam. To be ignorant or considered a low-key innovator does not necessarily make them outright heretics, therefore they are still allowed into Mecca as they still believe Muhammad (SAW) is the Prophet of Allah, and there is no deity except Allah. According to Sunni scholars, Shia scholars/learned Shia are considered heretical as they are conscious of all their beliefs and actions. To blanket ban all Shia would be unjust as no one knows what is in the hearts and minds of individuals apart from Allah, unless they otherwise publically state or demonstrate their level of being astray.

1nemind, I have some questions for you. Foremost, do you believe in the Qur'an? The Gospel makes a firm case that Yeshua ben Miriam was nailed to a cross. On the other hand, the Gospel also makes it explicitly clear the he did not die by the cross. The foremost Gospel of the canon makes it clear that the Ishmaelites would take the kingdom of heaven from the Israelites. What is your position now, and before your conversion? Which sect of Xtianity do you adhere to? Shalom.

I am sorry your facing so many hate comments. I've been listening to you for about a year now, I've considered changing from Christianity to Islam. I was involved in debates that I never win so i decided to stay away from all debates and only to post personal research with scripture or websites. I know how it feels to have your faith and what you ever were in any part of your life ridiculed, shunned and scoffed at. I don't like that you face the negativity. However, don't loose strength or hope in what you are doing to teach us. Your strength and wisdom is guiding in ways you may not know for yourself. Thank you for being my strength.
