As a hindu i see many flaws in my religion and many reforms also happened in Hinduism with time but i don't understand why muslims can't see the flaws in their religion. They need serious reforms.
To be honest hindu and buddhism are the only two religions who are scientifically most accurate according to their way of describing the life and how life works.

People have been killed, and is still being legally killed for denouncing their faith in many Islamic countries with Sharia law. There is no legal representation provided for people who are posed with these charges, so the punishment is arbitary. On top of my head, I remember this; A man proposed that the ruling in Saudi is not right and that Islam should be reformed to accept global standards, that man was sentenced 1000 lashes and 10 years in prison; he didn't protest or anything, he just gave a speech. Still think mulims are a tolerable bunch? I've seen enough beheadings in Saudi to know how messed up it gets when a religion rules a state. ( Like when catholics had the entire crusade thing going on. )

The original source of this claim is K. S. Lal, Growth of Muslim Population in Medieval India (Delhi: Research Publications in Social Sciences, 1973).
He claims a population of 200 million in AD 1000, based on an analysis of Jatindra Mohamed Datta's article "Proportion of Muhammadans in India Through Centuries" (Modern Review, Calcutta, January 1948). Datta cites Firishta, a 17th century historian who supposedly gave the population for 1000 as 600 million, but Lal was unable to find this number in Firishta's text himself. Datta also uses W. H. Moreland's India at the Death of Akbar (London: Macmillan, 1920) as an outside estimate of something over 100 million. However, as one might guess, Datta chose the figure of 200 million not from a strict mathematical balance between Firishta and Moreland, but to represent a thesis he already believed:
[T]he population was very much greater [on the eve of Turkish invasions] than at the death of Akbar. During centuries of invasions, constant oppression and misrule, the wholesale massacres during the Pathan period, the population of India dwindled ... This broad fact emerged from the two estimates [Ferishtah's and Moreland's], however erroneous or full of fallacies they may be. (Datta 1948 p. 32, quoted in Lal 1973 p. 32)
Firishta's number, if indeed it was Firishta's and was not invented from whole cloth by Datta, was clearly off the top of his head. Both Lal and Datta admitted that Moreland's estimate is similarly speculative, and both quoted a demographer named Carl Saunders acknowledging this: "Moreland's figure has been quoted with favour in the census reports of India and no better estimate is available, but its factual basis is of the most slender kind." (Saunders, World Population, quoted in Datta, quoted in Lal p. 21).
Lal critiques two estimates found in Colin Clark, Population and Land Use (New York: Macmillan, 1967) and by Pran Nath, Study in the Economic Condition of Ancient India (London: Royal Asiatic Society, 1929) which give the population in AD 1000 as 70 million and 140 million, respectively. Lal does not like either estimate because both writers claim that the population was unchanged between 300 BC and AD 1000, which Lal considers ignorant of the effects of agricultural technology on sustainable population. (Lal, 26n, 28) However, Lal did like Nath's study enough to use his figure of 140 million for 300 BC as a starting point.
Another estimate by Colin McEvedy and Richard Jones, Atlas of World Population History (Penguin, 1978), gives 30 million in AD 1000. Maddison Angus, in the OECD report The World Economy: A Millennial Perspective (2001), gives 5 additional recent estimates for AD 1000 ranging from 40 to 77 million and comments, "India does not have statistical records of the same sort as Western Europe, China or Japan, and there is consequently a wide range of views."
The population of India according to Lal was 150 million in 1650, 172.5m in 1750, and 170m in 1800 (Lal, 201). These later estimates may be praiseworthy, as Wikipedia insinuates, but Lal's figure for AD 1000 is based almost entirely on his assumption that massacres caused millions of deaths, so writers who use the raw numbers as evidence for a massacre are committing the fallacy of circular logic. Estimates by writers quoted above range between 30 million and 600 million, which indicates a lack of certainty.

But how is this any different than paying taxes to the government? I was agnostic and chose Islam. All it requires to be a Muslim is to have good reading comprehension (many people seem to lack this considering they take clear verse out of context). All it takes a few google searches to debunk all the false saying against Islam.

As a Jewish woman, i always felt uncomfortable around these very religious muslims and my parents always taught me to stay away since they’re literally taught to hate on us. At first, i thought i was being unfair feeling in such a way because they’re also humans but have different beliefs and yet, i still felt uncomfortable with them. Now I can confidently say that I really don’t respect Islam anymore as much. How could I respect one religion that teaches you to kill all other religions and whoever opposes to theirs?
That is not true The Quran in chapter 60, verses 8-9, explains further: "God does not forbid you from showing goodwill and dealing justly with those (of the unbelievers) who do not fight you because of your religion, nor drive you forth from your homes. God surely loves those who are just. Islam doesn’t teach people to disrespect or “kill” other religions

It also shows how Islam sees jews as transgressors to Islam just because they're jew and have different beliefs.
Also, little note, Islam claims that Allah was the god who shared his wisdom to Moses and Abraham, thus saying that the bible and the torah are his words. Yet, the sentence "...whoever takes a life..., it will be as if they killed all humanity; and whoever saves a life, it will be be as if they saved all of humanity" was actually a line inspired or rather "taken" from the Talmud, which in judaism is a book full of commentaries made by wise rabbis explaining each verse in further details, in sanheiden 37, where they were explaining that the loss of Abel, Cain's brother whom he killed, and his brother's offspring served as a cause and a lesson to Cain. And when Adam was created, he was created alone, which serves a message that killing one should from the jewish people is like destroying an entire world. I doubt it was a coincidence and think it's really just Muhammed who heard rabbis teaching a lesson, then taking this line by himself.

I'm not a Muslim and I haven't read the Quran, apart from chapter 9 that Nabeel refers to. He seems to be misrepresenting what that chapter says..
Nabeel claims Ch9 starts by disavowing all treaties with polytheists.. But here is how it starts..
"1. A declaration of immunity from God and His Messenger to the polytheists with whom you had made a treaty."
So the polytheists you made treaties with are declared immune from God and his messenger. Nothing about disavowing treaties.
Then he refers to chapter 9 verse 5 where it says to "slay the infidels/polytheists wherever you find them and lay seige to them" but he skips the qualifier in Ch9 v4 which explains which polytheists you should leave alone, and thus by deductive reasoning, which ones are the infedels in v5 who should be slain.
Ch9 v4 reads "4. Except for those among the polytheists with whom you had made a treaty, and did not violate any of its terms, nor aided anyone against you. So fulfill the treaty with them to the end of its term. God loves the righteous."
It's basically advising to honour the treaties with polytheists unless they have violated the terms and conspired against you. It literally says the opposite of what Nabeel claims about disavowing all treaties.
And here is the whole of Ch9 v5 and v6, not just the brief line Nebeel mentioned..
"5. When the Sacred Months have passed, kill the polytheists wherever you find them. And capture them, and besiege them, and lie in wait for them at every ambush. But if they repent, and perform the prayers, and pay the alms, then let them go their way. God is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
6. And if anyone of the polytheists asks you for protection, give him protection so that he may hear the Word of God; then escort him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know."
There is massive amounts of context before and after the line Nabeel mentions in v5 which almost completely contradicts the picture he tries to paint. Why would Nabeel misrepresent the opening of Ch9 and skip critical points across v4 5 and 6 AFTER telling us that he read into it all thoroughly and did his research.. UNLESS he is illiterate, OR intentionally being intellectually dishonest and deceptive to his audience.

I am an ex muslim and I left islam in 1998. I worked in Libya as a doctor in 2003. There were some other atheists there and ex muslims who formed a group in two different hospitals. They were injecting serum with HIV and syphilis in msulim patients. I did not want to take part in it, but by the time I left Libya, they had became an international organization with doctors and nurses in Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. I cannot say how many people were infected, but from what they told me before I left there were hundreds only in Libya. I was shocked. Then I heard that some gay men from the Philippines and Vietnam were HIV+ and they were also prostitutes doing it without condoms in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. The police caught some few and, in their phone, they found almost 1000 phone numbers of men.

It took me a few years to allow myself to look at the evidence against Islam. It was very difficult to face the truth b/c it is the very definition of cognitive dissonance that you are going through. I met many good Christians along the way that I'm sure prayed for me. Well I finally left the religion and started becoming a follower of Jesus. I hope any other muslims who read this will at least seek the truth out for themselves with an open heart and open mind.

As a righteous God, He should have punish all sinners. But His love for us is so big, that he won't see us suffer because of the fault that we've done. And so he took the punishment that should have been for us and put it on Himself. The punishment that i mean is => death. Christ died for us at the cross so that we can be saved. He raise from the death, He proved to us that He is greater than all of these, He is greater than sickness, He is greater than death and that's prove that He is truly The Lord and Saviour :) do you understand that?
And also, if you said that if He rose again it will be a vain, i'm sorry but you're wrong because actually in Christianity, the reason why we could stand in our Faith unto death is because Jesus has raise from the death to show us all that He is worthy to Praise and He is The true God :)
