About me.
Left school at 15, worked on Farm, then worked up to production manager at concrete factory, before starting Landscape gardening business. Then Mountain biking grabbed me. 37 plus years as a bicycle mechanic and wheel builder, frame designer, rider, shop owner, owner of Smokestone bikes, event organiser and trail builder. And it would appear now, I'm also a youtuber. Oh and planet lover!

Glad to here you are still keeping up with the youtube and events. I have a couple of dozen retired cycling friends and they all have busier lives that me and I am in full time employment!
Graham hi mate is the bikepacking event for all skill levels
If ypu can ride 50 miles a day and the occasional stoney section you're in
It's by no means a race. The second day has some small climbs at the start then flat
First day starts flat with a big climb then gentle ups and downs to the campsite.
Nothing crazy
Is it for Fat bikes ? I have a Surly Ogre with a Rohloff & 29x2.25 tyres ,even though it's not my main bike .
