Young Thug Prosecutor Fights for Jurors to See Video of Alleged Tour Bus Suspect at Gun Range

The state in the YSL RICO case want to admit a video that shows Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, also known as PeeWee Roscoe, at a gun range. Winfrey was arrested and sentenced in the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting, but the conviction was later overturned. The judge said he would not admit the video at this time.

I pray for these men on trials sake that the jury see’s through this facade and recognizes the extreme bias this judge has displayed and doesn’t allow this prosecution to secure a conviction against these men. This is not justice this is a joke and every person in this country should be aware of what is going on in this court room and they should be terrified at what these people in power are being allowed to do. It’s disgusting and it’s a perfect example of how innocent people get convicted and how people’s rites are trampled on by the “ justice system”! It’s terrifying!
