When you look at all the artist who have covered, Enjoy the Silence. You realize the impact it's had upon so many. Martin Gore's lyrics are very thoughtful. This song, along with Halo and Policy of Truth really do speak to me .

It had been 37 years since my first DM concert at Henry J Kaiser in Oakland! Still a great show…and Dave seems so much freer and connected to the audience and to Martin (when they hugged each other after their duet, I died). They’ve been thru so much together and I felt it.
Well, to be fair Andy didn't compose anything and didn't really play much live either, they're really missing Alan Wilder, Enjoy the Silence was originally written by Martin as a slow, minimalist gospel piece, Wilder is the one that turned it into an electro dance all time classic.

I was at the SJ show. We were all up on our feet and dancing. It was amazing. Crowd was feeling it. Maybe it was a bit later that all this happened.We didn't know most of the Memento Mori songs.

I was here and the crowd was so upsetting. Almost my entire section was sitting down for pretty much the entire concert. I was trying to have the time of my life and dance and sing, but people were literally giving me dirty looks constantly for having fun. The only part of the concert the crowd actually came through on was the arm waving on Never Let Me Down Again
My favourite song of all time from any band. The art work behind them though is very satanic. The M made to look like Devil Horns. Skulls and fire. There are other options…
